A tip: menu not very connected to the territory, some traditional dishes perhaps with a modern twist would be a nice boost for the menu."

"This must be the best place to stay in St. Vigilio, for small families like ours. The location is great - albeit not central, but St. Vigilio is not big. There are several good places to dine within an easy walking distance, a well-stocked Spar supermarket an bakery not much further on. The public transport is reliable and frequent. The price to stay is reasonable. The hut is itself is a lovely wooden building at the edge of forest, tastefully furnished by antique furniture. The owner, Giulio, together with his wife, are very welcoming, and he is always available and helpful if anything needs to be fixed or simply to advice what is worth seeing in this interesting corner of the Dolomites. Special mention deserves the rich and tasteful breakfast, is certainly highly recommended! The only downside may be the unreliable Wifi connection, but we came for holidays, not doomscrollinng ;-)"

"De service en verzorging is geweldig. De locatie is meer dan fantastisch. Het wellness gedeelte is zo mooi ingericht, de materialen, de kleuren en de style. De infinitypool op het dak met de vergezichten op de Dolomieten is uniek. Het personeel is zo vriendelijk en de activiteiten zijn divers en uitdagend dat je bijna tijd tekort komt. De klimmuur en klimwand ernaast is echt uniek, dat moet je gewoon gedaan hebben."

"Stayed here on a 1 week skiing holiday in January booked through Crystal. This stay was hands-down the best I've stayed in many years. Very comfortable spacious room with a view, delicious large-portion meals, & absolutely warm friendly service from all staff. The location is an easy 12 min walk to the slopes, with the ski bus stop right outside the hotel, & ski lockers available for use. Staff were always welcoming & helpful, offering service with a smile each & every time, never finding any query or request any trouble at all. I also really appreciated the carafe of water at dinner, when most other hotels charge for tap water. Little touches like homemade cookies with coffee purchased later in the day & a small gift at checkout simply topped a wonderful relaxing stay. Thank you very much, Barbara & Roman."

"We hadden net onze Global Sales Meeting bij de Almhof Call afgelopen juni. Oliver/familie en team waren verbazingwekkend. Ze namen alle verzoeken van onze groep van 35 mensen. We gebruikten de zonkamer voor onze vergadering ruimte, die geweldig werkte voor groepsfocus. Alle onze kamers waren onbelemmerd. Schoon ontworpen en onderhouden. Het eten was fantastisch, van ontbijt tot diner, tot de BBQ ze opzetten. Een paar hadden spa bezoeken en raakten over hen! Oh, en de locatie/weergave ... MAGICAL. We werden boven en buiten behandeld! Ik kan Almhof Call niet genoeg aanbevelen. We hielden zo veel van het, we hopen dat we in 2026 terugkomen!"

"I went to the restaurant for New Year's Eve dinner with friends, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The complicated menu made it difficult to understand what I was ordering. The appetizer, a poor-quality salmon and tuna tartare, was unappetizing, as was the potato and truffle tart for the main course, whose flavors were indistinguishable. The meat was downright inedible. The service was rude and disorganized, with dishes arriving every 10 minutes, creating confusion at the table. The high price (about €100 per person) was unjustified. I recommend avoiding this place and opting for other excellent restaurants in San Vigilio."
