"Excellent hotel. Not posh or pretentious just professionally run by owner occupiers Barbara and Roman how have lived in the town for years. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. I travelled with a friend for a weeks skiing. We booked two single rooms direct with hotel and hired a car from Innsbruck Airport because we wanted the flexibility to ski the Sella Ronda area. The deal for couples booking a double room through Crystal Ski represents excellent value for money. Lovely restaurant, great food, small but welcoming pool and Spa area. Overall excellent."

"Ruim hotel met veel faciliteiten. Wij hadden een Garden familie kamer die prachtig en functioneel was, met een schitterend uitzicht. Begrijp alleen niet goed dat je diende te betalen voor de koffiecups op de kamer. Er waren sommige delen van het hotel nog niet gemoderniseerd, zoals de receptie en delen van het restaurant wat onze beleving beïnvloedde. Het grootste deel van het personeel was oprecht heel vriendelijk zoals David van de receptie alsook de eigenaar Carl, een enorme betrokkenheid naar zijn gasten. De e-bike verhuur vanuit het hotel was een aanrader. Groepsles met Marta was heel professioneel. Het niveau van het eten hadden we ook iets meer van verwacht. Algemeen goed hotel maar juist niet voor ons als rustzoekers."

"Uitstekend sauna! Erg goed restaurant voor het diner. Ontbijt op 20€/persoon was ook zeer waard. Het enige minder is dat er geen theepot, vaatschijven, koelkast, airconditioner)) maar dit wordt vermeld in de beschrijving, het hotel posities zelf als een eco hotel. Maar ten minste een theepot voor warm water en banaal vaatschijven zou wenselijk zijn"

"The hotel is really nice and everything is perfect except the food. We loved the location in the middle of the slopes and forest, the interier is lovely and the staff was nice. For breakfast there were two salamis and few sorts of cheeses (no taste), no orange juice (just pear), just boiled eggs, no Nutela, no spreads. And one day they decided there will be no meat day and there weren’t any different dishes because of that - just two salamis were missing. For dinner there were many courses but we were disappointed as we know Italian food and we love it, but these was not what we expected. In the bathroom there was a window in the shower, looking directly to the ski slopes, with no curtains at all."

"We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit hotel. Vanaf de binnenkomst voelden we ons erg welkom en zeer op ons gemak.De kamers zijn comfortabel, modern, en de hygiëne is TOP, elke dag werd de kamer netjes schoongemaakt door twee medewerksters die dit met de glimlach deden. Het eten was ontzettend lekker en ze hebben héél véél aandacht voor mensen met een allergie, wat niet altijd evident is. De eigenaars en medewerkers zijn enorm attent en leveren uitstekend werk, zij zijn echt een TOP TEAM! Deze mensen doen er echt alles aan om hun gasten een fijn en onvergetelijk verblijf te bezorgen, en dit is hun zeer zeker gelukt, een absolute aanrader voor wie graag onbezorgd wil genieten! De eerste stap is gezet, en wij gaan zeker en vast terug!"

"Wow what a beautiful chalet with all the amenities and furnishing which you would love to have in your house! We have tons of questions prior to the stay but Hans responded to them very quickly. Check in was very smooth as well. The chalet included some very nice equipment including BluPura water/fizzy water dispenser, the Jura coffee machine which made the best Italian coffee we had. The rooms were so spacious with lots of cupboard space, each room has a hairdryer and security safe which means we don't have to share. The bathrooms and toilet are separated which are better than many higher end hotels. The window/balcony door electric shutters and black out curtains were very welcomed for a good night's sleep. Kitchen is very well stocked. I broke a wine glass and willing to pay but Hans very graciously did not want any compensation for it. In terms of location, it is easy to walk to the grocery store and some restaurants and cafe. The chalet is also easily accessible to the SS244 route which was just an hour's drive to Lake Misurina, Cortina or Val di Fune. An overall very pleasant stay and we highly recommend this chalet for a relaxing stay."
