"I made a special trip back to Maoming to experience this newly opened hotel. The hotel is beautiful; every corner is a unique Lingnan-style photo opportunity. I especially loved the hotel garden; it was so relaxing to stroll around in. Polly, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She thoughtfully gave the children some cookies and even personally escorted us to the elevator, explaining the hotel's various facilities. Shirley, the butler, learned that our high-speed train departed after 2 PM and proactively arranged a late check-out for us until 1 PM. A special thank you to Polly and Shirley for their service; it made me feel right at home. My only minor suggestion is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited; perhaps they could improve it."

De lobby is luxueus en warm, met een hoog niveau van management. Er is ook een verscheidenheid aan thee en fruitsnacks aanwezig. De obers zijn van hoge kwaliteit, toegewijd aan hun werk, warm en beleefd. De gastenkamers zijn creatief, schoon en hygiënisch ingericht in een combinatie van Chinese en westerse stijlen. De matrassen zijn matig zacht en hard, en de dekbedden en kussens zijn schoon en comfortabel, wat zorgt voor een warme slaap. De kamers zijn tevens voorzien van hoogwaardige tandenborstels, gezichtsreinigers, gelwater, lotions, etc. Het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en hygiënisch, en 's middags wordt er gratis thee en middernachtsnacks geserveerd. Het hotel biedt eersteklas service en is zeer menselijk, waardoor gasten een zeer warm gevoel krijgen. Het is een ideaal hotel voor zaken, vrije tijd en vakantie, 👍👍👍 zeker een compliment waard!"

"It is a nice hotel in a beautiful but remote location that suits self driving. Hailing a ride is a challenge Not much to do in rainy season so really for hard core hot spring fans or people wanting a peaceful get-away to do nothing Transfer to high-speed rail station only twice a day on a little tired old van so don’t expect a Sheraton worthy experience Staff are helpful and friendly though some can do with more training. Management is a bit too hands off and perhaps need to step up the game a bit on guest experience overall Pockets of surprises such as the night show on the lake and morning tai chi lesson on the hill. Food very average with 50% of the food served at buffet dinner being the same as breakfast. Can consider introducing more local specialties and educate guests about them"
