Fijn hotel, comfortabele kamer. Thee en koffie op de kamer gewaardeerd. Op steenworp afstand van het treinstation en het centrum van Mannheim. Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Heidelberg.
Een punt ter aanbeveling. Minder kussens op het bed. Jammer als dit allemaal gewassen moet worden.

Heel mooi modern hotel met perfecte ligging. Centraal station is aan de overkant en je kan aan de andere kant van de straat de metro pakke . Personeel is heel vriendelijk en alles is super schoon. Ontbijt is ook goed.

Service at front desk was awful, borderline rude, and everytime I asked anything from the front desk, they seemed very annoyed by my questions/requests since the moment of check-in. Maybe because I didn't speak German as most guests. The phone in the room was disconnected, no coffee machine in the room, and the sink was clogged when I moved in. Quite disappointing for a 4 stars hotel which is supposed to be one of the best in the region.

Hotel right next to main station was the only good thing. Not much “life” around the area. Good as a transfer point.

Near to Mannheim Train station and quite good restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staffs, clean hotel. No room slippers so the toilet floor is cold at night. Overall had a good stay here.
