Very well managed hotel. The staff is super polite and well trained. Facilities are well maintained. Food and beverages are of a high quality and delicious. The pool is very well maintained as well.
Worths to stay!
The only drawback- the surrounding area/neighborhood is not very nice. It was a little bit of surprise such a high standard hotel to be found in this part of the district- guess the are has declined in the recent years.

some noises heard during stay in the room, from both right hand and left hand side of my room. Polite hotel service staff and decent breakfast served. More different types of fruits are highly expected for my stay next time.

Front desk was very nice and helpful. The rooms were comfy. All the staff we encountered were friendly. The gym was small but nice and clean. The food was so good; breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing. Would book again if I’m back in Manila.

The location was great, 3-min walking distance from Robinsons Manila with plenty of shops and restaurants.
The service was good, friendly staffs and accommodating attitudes.
The pool was a little smaller than expected, loved the bathroom with separate shower and bathtub.
Just a little disappointed with the room with literally one door-sized window facing behind the hotel without any view.

The location of the hotel is very bad, it’s far away from city centre Makati and BGC, usually take 45mins in peak hours, while the traffic at there is usually bad, very difficult to hire a grab too.

This manila bay hotel goes out of its way to ensure guest satisfaction. They always treat you like a close member of the Sheraton family. There service is above standard and their hospitality well above par. Dont miss out and see for yourself how this particular hotel stands out from the others from food to beverage to baggage handling.

I had a great stay at the Sheraton. Super friendly staff, and so incredibly helpful!! Especially Leen and Amil who went above and beyond to assist me when I had issues with my bank, I can’t thank them enough!
Comfortable and relaxing pool as well as a nice exercise room that had a great view.
Only went 4/5 on amenities because here on trip is says they have a spa, but actually they don’t and just recommend outside services.
Overall was a great stay 👍🏼
