The hotel's vast property and kid-friendly atmosphere are major assets, making it a great option for families. However, despite the good intentions of the staff, they seemed ill-equipped to handle basic requests, leading to frustration and inconvenience. The pool, which could be a highlight for kids, was in disrepair, and the overall upkeep of the space was lacking. Hygiene issues were also a concern. While I appreciate the hotel's potential, it's clear that significant improvements are needed to turn this property into a top-notch destination. With better training for the staff and attention to hygiene and maintenance, this hotel could truly shine."
