"These are points we want to highlight. 1. Water jug & glass provided was poor quality, made of plastic. Nowadays it's expected that it should made of glass. Atleast stainless steel make some sense. But these plastic not at all acceptable. 2. Tea & coffee sachets found very substandard. 3. Bathroom WC flash was not sufficient to use. 4. Quality of food also very average. 5. Finally it's not any 3 star hotel. It's an average non star rated hotel which as shown in Google review or any other review. 5. It's actually a small average staying arrangements. It's a honest feedback. So that any fellow tourist can fall in internet review."

"Our stay at Hotel Viceroy, Mandarmani was truly wonderful. An awesome place to spend quality time with family. The property is very well maintained, and the service right from the booking stage till checkout was absolutely top notch. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making our stay extremely memorable. One of the biggest highlights was the food — absolutely delicious! All of us were pleasantly surprised that such a remote location could serve food of such excellent quality. A special mention to Surajit at the restaurant for being incredibly accommodating, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. In fact, every staff member displayed warm hospitality and genuine care for the guests. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway at Mandarmani."

"On 18th September, 2025 I ***** with my family visited Hotel Rupkatha at Mandarmoni. I booked two rooms and stayed there for two days on 18th and 19th. Special attraction of the hotel is to view sea just from the premises of the hotel. Sitting on chair in morning and afternoon beauty of the sea enjoyed satisfactorily. Sea beach is just doorstep of the hotel. Rooms of the hotels are nice and beautifully decorated. There are two floors only. Room service is available and staff behaviour are very cordial. Dining room is good and preparation of food are simply excellent. Veg and non veg both are very tasty and palatable. Cleanliness is truly excellent. Manager and other staff always ready to extend their services. It's located at Sonamuhi, Mandarmoni, district Purbo Medinipur, West Bengal. Car parking facility is available. In my view, hotel Rupkatha is an ideal place for spending vacation. Room charges are pocket friendly."

"We hebben een presidentiële suite voor 3 volwassenen en 1 kind gereserveerd... omdat de naam een suite suggereert... en dat we voor de president een idee hadden... dat het een aparte woonruimte en een aparte slaapkamer zal hebben. Maar het was niet zo, het was een grote ruime kamer, schoon en goed onderhouden. Mijn suggestie aan het management dat alstublieft niet als suite noemen, de gast zal een andere verwachtingen van het. Het is een luxe naam of super-luxe etc maar niet een suite en niet op alle presidentiële suite. Het komt naar de kamer, het is zeer goed onderhouden, de badkamer heeft een jacuzzi die zeer goed en ontspannen is. Het eten was zeer goed en ook de dienst was zeer professioneel. Ze hebben hun eigen bakker, het is een plus. Nogmaals zoals de naam suggereert strandresort maar het resort is niet aan het strand, je moet een minuut wandelen om het strand te bereiken. Het strand is zeer dicht bij het resort. Dit resort heeft een waterpark dat elke dag wordt gereinigd tijdens onze verblijf. Dit resort is zeer goed voor de familie omdat er een kinderspeelruimte voor het entertainment. Ik zal zeker de volgende keer bezoeken."
