Hotel Hindustan Inn

I booked this hotel for a day, standard room with sea view, the pictures u r seeing is complete a big lie, they have only 2 rooms like this n u have to pay 5k+ for this room and trust me this hotel is not worth for that at all, we got pathetic room , smelly dirty, old , room when we asked to give what we have booked, manager said you need to pay 5800 more, instead of sea view we got the view of different hotel window ,and since we already paid partially for the hotel, we decided to stay n use pool, but the crowd was worst, they were drinking in pool, passing comments to us, when we raised these issue to hotel manager , he came and started asking us what ur problem n all in front of those guys only, my husband understood that he want us to fight with them and since we were thr with family we decided to keep quite and leave hotel , we said that we don’t want refund since it’s only 2 hours , we won’t be paying rest 1000 n the owner of the hotel literally threaten us saying “kaise nikal jaoge mere hotel se bina pay kiye main b dekhta hu, apna private pool book karna tha agar log misbehave karre hain to” we realised what a big mistake we have done. I also raised complained to Agoda and in return they gave me 9$ ,***. This hotel in not in MMT and Goibibo coz this is worst pathetic hotel which should be band If u going with ur family n concern for their safety then brother n sister , don’t think of booking this hotel.

The property is very well maintained, rooms are very spacious with good view of sea and surrounding landscapes, swimming pool is still under construction, all the staffs are very prompt in their respective services with my special mention about the hospitality of Mr. Dilip Patra.

Had a very pleasant stay. The staff very helpful and co-operative.The hotel was indeed pet friendly with lot of open space,park and a private beach. The delicious was a great addition. Everything was done with utmost care.

Overall very good experience. Cleaned the place. Every staff behaviour was very good. Sajan has given excellent service and taking carebof us .keep it up dear. Request to management kindly improve morning breakfast item I was stayed 03 days but my little girl questions me papa everyday same breakfast ? she didn't like It you take extra charge but options need to be provid please . One more Request you can allow pet with guests in his or her room. Where pet owners stay and his or / her responsibilities to arrange pet food inside room not public place where all guests seat for their meals. Many guest are offended even me also. And I feel it is hygiene for everyone hope you will be understand. Rest everything was fine and definitely I will be visit again very soon with my family friends. Thanks

I stayed here for 2 nights. Excellent place to stay.Rooms are spacious,clean with an attractive spacious balcony. Food is excellent. The staffs are super efficient. The Breakfast spread is limited, need to improve only this aspect. I strongly recommend this resort. It is on beach and well decorated. Car parking is available.

A hastily planned trip to Mandarmani just a few days before the travel, resulted into very few lodging options. Booked this property, the Standard Double room (whatever available), hoping for a comfortable stay. The booking was done online, wherein not much information was available about the room. Upon arrival, we were told that we had a package deal wherein breakfast, lunch, evening tea/snacks and dinner were all included, and allotted room 311 on the ground floor, which was quite claustrophobic with an unfinished balcony facing the boundary wall and the rear side of the adjacent hotel...unlivable! We were visibly upset. Then we were offered 309 with the only difference being a finished balcony (I was ready to walk out to look for any available alternative) and finally they offered the room on the opposite side, 310. This room was slightly larger and had the balcony facing the hotel driveway (phew....at last something bare minimally acceptable). The room was clean with adequate furnishing (the quality could be better though), but the bathroom, though pretty big in size, could be better. Some of the irritants were * No tea/coffee making arrangement in the room, had to wait for the staff to wake up and provide tea in the morning (as late as 7:30-8 AM) * No intercom, was provided with the reception mobile number, which went unanswered a few times * Shower head was missing in the bathroom, had to use the telephone shower only * Bathroom mirror had water droplet stains * Bathroom fresh-air fan never worked * Geyser worked only on the second day of stay (guess the master switch was off on the first day) * Only a single towel was provided on the first day, had to ask for two fresh towels the next day The hotel building itself is still under construction with only the rooms on ground floor and a few on the first floor open for business. Rest of the rooms on first, second and third floors were unfinished. The hotel grounds were also unfinished with some construction materials lying around. But, no complaints on the location of the hotel......just like many other premium properties in Mandarmani, it opened up right onto the beach and provided an unhindered access. All staff members, including the management, were pretty forthcoming and polite, and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The food was a hit-and-miss....some of the dishes were pretty good and others could be better. Overall, I'd say that the property is not ready yet to cater to guests who expect their money's worth. They would also need to re-review the quality of their furnishings and upholstery, and the amenities provided, to match up to the other properties in the area. In fact, I would've rated this as 'poor', had it not been for the location and the behavior of the staff. On a normal day and if you plan your travel well in advance, you will get much better options at this price point.
