Generally a very comfortable hotel. Lovely outside patio and excellent location for central Manus.

The location of the hotel is excellent for sightseeing.The checkin process was horrendous as they could not check you in until they had set up a profile! for you which was taking an hour it is one of the worst hotel checkins i have experienced. The hotel was mediocre.

Clean, Minimalist as is the brand, difficult to operate shampoo dispenser, responsive staff, I did not partake of breakfast, so I cannot review. This is just off the main street, less than half a block through Manaus down to the port.Good shopping and eating options, several Mercados to choose from.

Good value. Centrally located, walk to the teatro, supermercado, port of Manaus. Ibis is always minimal, this is no exception. Friendly service trying to be helpful, even if language separates us. Will store luggage if you are taking an Amazon tour.

Estadia boa. O quarto é muito pequeno, mas a cama e a roupa de cama são muito boas e limpas. O que tenho a reclamar foi a desinformação sobre minha reserva. Tive que repetir muitas vezes a mudança nos dias. O quarto que reservei era com cama de casal, mas precisei ficar um dia em cama de solteiro. Houve inexperiência da equipe.

Gostei muito do atendimento, mas não gostei da cama, pois pedi cama de casal e só tinha cama de solteiro e ainda com as pernas quebradas

O hotel entrou para a rede Ibis Style recentemente, mas ainda está muito fora do padrão desta rede.
Café da manhã ok, mas com reposição muito lenta e apenas um funcionário.
A localização é muito boa para quem opta pelo Centro.

A localização do hotel é excelente, dá pra ir andando pro teatro e mercado, tem vários locais para comer proximo também. O quarto é pequeno, mas ok, já que passamos boa parte do dia fora. No meu ponto de vista, o ponto negativo do hotel é a acústica, pois é possível ouvir tudo do corredor, não tivemos sorte e no nosso período de estadia houve barulho em vários dias de manhã cedo.
