"Yes. I enjoyed absolute comfort. Perfectly hygienic,decent and got excellent service.At reception got smilespiced welcome, necessaries were supplied, roomcaretaker tokproper care of the needs. All the facilities are top class. The room was quite spacious. The way the staff communicated marked high standards. Transactions are very transparent. The staff was very friendly. The spot is very advantageous as it's closer to important spots in the city. All in all I had a qualitative stay. I love Kerala and the lodge made me feel the loveliness of Kerala."

"We hadden een zeer aangename verblijf in Fern Tree Resort. Het goed ontworpen gebouw op een rustige plaats vlak buiten Manathavady, biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de vallei met paddies. De locatie is perfect voor dagreizen om de Wayanad-regio te ontdekken - ze kunnen een bestuurder voor u organiseren. Het grote zwembad, dat op een dagelijkse basis wordt onderhouden, maakt Fern Tree een mooie plek en om te ontspannen en te ontspannen. Het eten is zeer smaakvol, het menu heeft zowel veg als non veg items. Maar vooral was het Akhil die ons verblijf onvergetelijk maakte. Zijn rustige en warme persoonlijkheid samen met een service-gecentreerde attitude is geweldig."

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and a spotless bathroom. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to the mananthavady bus stand, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were polite and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. Although there isn’t an in-house restaurant, there are plenty of good dining options nearby, which wasn’t much of an inconvenience. The parking space was adequate, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. For its price, dreamland residency offers great value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay in wayanad."
