"I discovered a hidden gem of a hotel during my trip, and I highly recommend it. The rooms are even more beautiful than the photos on the official website. The food in the hotel restaurant is absolutely delicious. The environment is clean, tidy, and well-equipped. It's about an hour's drive from Bourton-on-the-Water and Bibury. Stepping into the town feels like entering a medieval paradise. It's a pity my itinerary was too tight, otherwise I would have considered staying a few more nights to explore the surrounding area's beautiful scenery and delicious food."

"We stayed overnight in the outside rooms. These are spacious and clean and good for a dog. The car park is spacious but the entrance is narrow though the yard. We ate in the pub. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was OK. They were busy on a Sat night so food took a while to come. I’d recommend booking. They don’t do breakfast but the Summer Cafe up the road is great. The breakfasts and ambience are lovely. Go early as it’s popular."

"Lunchtijd bezoek op 11 november; zeer rustig! Service was snel en efficiënt. De vingerboot was zeer goed (beter dan alleen visfingers) en de chips ok. Prijs was eerlijk. Whilst it's a quaint, old property the gents loo is almost outside (access via the function type room). Could do with a bit of an update but decent food."
