Overall good, clean, large space, from the apartment window, you can see the sea, the location is convenient, not far from the main food tourist location, if you come to Melaka next time, you will also enter.

I stayed at Asiatic Hotel Melaka and booked the Family Suite with jacuzzi. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a living area, balcony, and in-room spa bath. While it’s not a true duplex layout, the suite still felt roomy and comfortable for families or groups. The jacuzzi was definitely the highlight – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Amenities such as WiFi, smart TV, minibar, and toiletries were all provided, making the stay convenient. Parking is available in front of the hotel, free but limited on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you arrive during peak hours, you might need to circle around to find a spot. Location is excellent – close to major attractions like Jonker Street, A Famosa, and shopping malls (Dataran Pahlawan, Mahkota Parade). There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby, so dining is not an issue even though the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant. One small downside is the soundproofing; you can sometimes hear noise from the hallway. The lift is also on the smaller side, so it can get busy during peak times. Overall, Asiatic Hotel Melaka is a great choice if you want a spacious suite with jacuzzi, free parking, and a central location. It’s comfortable and good value, especially for families or friends traveling together.

Nice stay here. Overall was so clean and comfortable to stay here. And easily check in to room. There’s few facilities available in the apartment. Price wise was cheap.

Ik heb een fantastisch verblijf gehad in ibis Melaka! Het hotel is schoon, modern en zeer goed onderhouden. De locatie is uitstekend – op loopafstand van Jonker Street en andere belangrijke bezienswaardigheden, maar toch rustig genoeg voor een ontspannen nachtrust. De kamer was comfortabel, met knusse bedden, goede airconditioning en alle essentiële voorzieningen die je van een internationale hotelketen mag verwachten. Het personeel was vriendelijk, professioneel en altijd bereid om te helpen met routebeschrijvingen of lokale aanbevelingen. Het ontbijt bood een goede variatie aan zowel lokale als westerse opties, en de eetzaal was licht en aangenaam. Parkeren was gemakkelijk en de wifi-verbinding was gedurende het hele verblijf stabiel. Al met al biedt ibis Melaka een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding – perfect voor zowel vakantie- als zakenreizigers die op zoek zijn naar een betrouwbare en comfortabele plek om te verblijven in het hart van Melaka. Een echte aanrader!

The 2 bedroom is unacceptable but managed to top up and changed to 3-room unit.

Given room was at 10th floor. Found out most of the rooms at the same level are abandon. As a solo traveller on business trip i Requested to change the room, waiting for hours to get the room through whatsapp. End up, i didnt get my room. They should have put notice informing guest that the level under maintenance or should not offer that level for guest.

The unit is clean and the view from the building is good as well especially the top level swimming pool floor. The view is amazing. The only things is the location is residential area, no convenient store nearby and only one access card. Otherwise is satisfied. Will recommend.

Hotel okay.. room clean.. only got a little bit of soap stain in the bathroom but it's fine with us. Tv not working at first, then the maintenance came and repaired. Given an extra pillow, the front desk answered our call and solved our problem. Then the only unhappy here is the Bangladeshi staff is new and it's hard to communicate in english or malay. Overall, I'm a happy traveller. Thanks.
