Staff and bellboy are very good service, check in procedure is fast and accurate, only downside is the car park, which located on level 7 & 8, signboard on direction is not cleared, can see many hotel guess car turn round and round to find the designated car park allocate. Lighting in the car park also so enough. Hotel room is clean, breakfast also good, many choices on food, breakfast started on 7am till 12pm which is very generous.

Enjoy a 3D 2N stay with breakfast included. Would like to compliment the hotel receptionists are prompt and friendly.
The bell boy, car jockey and security officer all performs efficient services towards guests. Their F&B staffs also very well codinating even on a busy Sunday morning for breakfast.
Love this hotel for everything. Very convenient accessible to all famous spots by walking distance 5-10 mins.

2nd times staying in this hotel. Like the room, which is clean and big. Very comfortable. Location is not near to shopping area, but there are shore shopping within the hotel. Room included breakfast, have a lot of variety for breakfast.
Will stay in this hotel again if the price is good when I go malacca again.
The only setback is the sound proof is not good enough, can hear next door snoring at night.
I booked 2 rooms, but we do not get to stay side by side.

I forgot this is my how many times stay at Swiss Garden Hotel. Love it’s everything so much!! Swiss Garden Hotel always be my first choice when go to Melaka.

In the room the cup is unclean n dirty and also breakfast the omelette n fried egg are cold n also porridge are cold also, toilet bowl the sit also spoil

The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness, and the service provided by the staff is commendable. The view from my room, particularly at night, is breathtaking and adds a special touch to the stay. However, I experienced issues with the Wi-Fi connection, which the hotel staff attributed to the high occupancy and the consequent strain on the service from excessive users.
