In de hoeken en langs de baseboards in de kamer en de hal waren er spijs en stof. Als je honden toestaat om in je hotel te blijven of hebben gerenoveerd, moet je de reinigingspoging verhogen. En er was een personeelslid aan het frontbureau toegewezen, maar als het personeel moest weggaan, was er geen manier om hen te waarschuwen voor uw aanwezigheid, zelfs geen eenvoudige klok. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, ik moest gewoon uitzoeken hoe ze kunnen laten weten dat ik kwam abd nodig hulp."
