入住ozen是因為隔一天要上飛機而選擇的一個“中轉”酒店。入住的第一天就下大雨，管家一個人要服務幾組人，所以，我們的briefing是在房間裏等了很久才開始的。（不是一組客人一個管家的？），到了第二天，逛了早餐的地方，個人認為食物選擇不多，自己點了一份炒麪（真難吃），另外我們去喝soya milk時發現，流下的不衹是白白的soya milk還隨着幾衹死了的螞蟻🐜，我真是有點嚇一跳。至於工作人員，我個人認為他們貌似工作很辛苦，很少有笑臉，包括我們去的免費浮潛活動，都有不好的體驗。總體來看，設施環境都很美，食物遊玩就中下，員工態度中等。放一些美麗的照片吧

入住整體感覺還是挺滿意的，接送快艇很穩當舒適，一價全包真的很好，無限暢吃。沒有安排中文管家，溝通稍有不暢。機場有個24小時的接待室，服務特別棒。

In dit hotel kom je echt tot rust . Alles wordt er voor je geregeld . Dit is echt het paradijs op aarde . Vriendelijke werknemers die iedere dag met een brede glimlach voor je klaarstaan . Lekker eten en lekkere dranken wat je ook maar wil . Doe zo verder !!
