"During our stay, our child suddenly developed a very high fever. As foreigners, we didn’t know how to handle the situation and were extremely anxious, but the warm and compassionate support from everyone at the hotel truly saved us. We had to visit a hospital for two consecutive days, which was about a 30-minute drive away. Even late at night and for many hours at a time, when we struggled with the language, the concierge staff—Bonnie and Mavis—kindly accompanied us, helping with procedures and communication with the doctors. Their support was incredibly reassuring. The driver and all the other staff members also showed constant care and kindness toward our sick child throughout the entire experience. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious—truly outstanding. This is a hotel I would wholeheartedly recommend, especially to international travelers and families with young children."

"Very good hotel with superb location right in side the LB park, room size is big and clean. It is easy to go to the tourist attractions. Shuttle bus is super convenient to go out, front desk staff provided great services."

"Very nice hotel in Lino, pretty close to 荔波古城 by walking cross the bridge, plenty restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast is great with variety of food including local dishes, really like their rice crackers. Front desk staff is very warm and helpful."

"It's a very nice hotel, it's a bit old now with the decor but still good, the room is big, bed is very comfortable, water in the shower is strong , location wise is about 20 minutes drive to Xiaoqikong Scenic Area and same going to Libo train station, if you want head in the Ancient town, its about 5 to 10 minutes away, Breakfast is ok, lots of dishes to choose from, the staffs are very nice and check in was straight forward, Overall very good stay."

"We decided to stay with this hotel because of the highly positive reviews. We did make a right choice as our overall experience was so great. The hotel is newly renovated, the room is spacious, bright, clean and the mattress and pillows are super comfy to sleep with (this is very important for us as we don’t usually sleep well when travelling). We had a breezed morning jog along the river right in front of the hotel. The experience was really good and relax. The host provided white glove services such as VIP transport to/from train station and tourist spots. Special thanks to the staffs who helped to send our leftover baggage to train station so we didn’t miss the train.  Bonus point: We witnessed the beautiful moment of sunset at their roof top (see the attached photo). This will definitely be our first choice hotel in our next visit in Libo."

"一路從上海遊玩到貴州，旅行社代訂的酒店一個比一個難評，這次選擇自己在攜程定，到了酒店前台當班人員熱情接待，先是看了房間，覺得滿意才入住。前台工作人員小潘專業且細心，熱情講解了酒店的設施及同級別酒店的優勢。入住下來體驗感很滿意，衞生符合要求，早餐的品質也很好。酒店坐落在兩邊，推窗就是秀麗的風景。貴州遊玩旅行比較滿意的酒店。"

"去小七孔玩定的該酒店，該酒店離小七孔景區開車要20多公里的路程。定這個酒店 酒店人員會幫成年人預約小七孔的門票，初次去小七孔有要預約時間段，春節荔波做酒店送門票，這樣門票就不用花錢了，小七孔景區未成年人一直是不用門票的。這個酒店衞生還是很乾凈的，整體設施都很完善。還有伴手禮相送。"

"Ik vind dat dit hotel absoluut een vijfsterrenbeoordeling verdient, omdat mijn verblijf mijn verwachtingen ruimschoots overtrof. Allereerst wil ik de butlerservice prijzen. Van het helpen met mijn bagage na de busreis tot het proactief informeren naar mijn behoeften na het inchecken, zelfs toen ik terloops aangaf een strijkijzer te willen lenen, werd het binnen tien minuten op mijn kamer bezorgd. Het hele proces was attent en zorgzaam, waardoor ik me volledig op mijn gemak voelde. De faciliteiten van het hotel waren ook uitstekend. De smartphones op de kamer waren gebruiksvriendelijk, de toiletartikelen waren van hoge kwaliteit en de fitnessruimte was compleet, wat zorgde voor een zeer comfortabel verblijf. Het ontbijt was een hoogtepunt, met een ruime keuze aan gerechten die prachtig waren gepresenteerd en eruit zagen als kunstwerken. Ik kon er geen genoeg van krijgen! Het enige kleine minpuntje was dat het vervoer in het laagseizoen wat lastiger was; taxi's waren moeilijk te vinden. Ik heb het hotel al aan vrienden aanbevolen!"

"酒店在網上的評價褒貶不一，但實際入住後覺得還是很不錯的。首先春節入住送小七孔門票，太棒了。客房內雖然裝修時間久了，但設施很齊全！居然有烘衣機，從沒有在任何酒店看到，不論普通還是高檔的，就衹有洗衣房，但房間內有太貼心了。而且衞生間居然配了沖洗龍頭，一般衹有高檔的海邊度假酒店才會配，沒想到這裏居然有，這要是夏天涉水玩好回來可就超讚了。酒店一樓的餐廳做的菜味道也不錯，晚飯也在酒店解決了。如果不追求太高檔，需要性價比高的酒店，這裏真的不錯呦。"
