Hotels bij Kuling Street, Mount Lu

Great location and prompt pick up service. My room looked exactly like the photo, new and clean. However my expectations were not met based on the reviews here because the view from my window was quite unsightly, and I did not find peace and quiet during my stay. My room 105 was down the hall not close to the lobby but surprisingly I could hear very loudly all the conversations and phone ringing at the front desk all evening, as well as people having breakfast in the morning. Also a pro tip about the floor heating: make sure to check with the hotel to confirm that it is working. I was very excited to experience floor heating but I learned after arriving that I cannot turn it on.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The woman at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful. She even drove us on her scooter to some of the nearby sightseeing spots in Lushan, which are less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel. She also generously offered to lend us scooters so we could go out and buy dinner. Before we left, we were invited to enjoy a small tea ceremony, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We also received free snacks and a warm goodbye message, which made the experience even more special. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the view from the window was beautiful. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

臨時加入行程的廬山和這個酒店，都超驚喜！酒店在宛如水墨畫的紗霧繚繞，青山環抱之中，碧波玉淵的蓮花湖畔，高峽平湖映襯民國風的拱橋水榭小洋樓，房間都是望湖景的，透過房間大窗就能望見藍眼淚一樣的湖面和遠山上阿爾卑斯山同款的翠峯和橙黃雙色浪漫的歐式城堡及尖塔，晴天的時候，能盡攬藍天白雲青山倒映在如鏡如淚的湛湖綠水上，陰天和雨天的時候，又能看到飄霧如紗在蒼山翠林間時濃時淡的縈繞瀟瀟😍😍，在酒店的懸崖餐廳，還能坐觀廬山獨有的舒捲萬千的山勢與山下一馬平川的廣闊原野🌈💨堪稱仙氣如畫，意境若詩了。店內的環境和設計是偏年輕粉翠的新中式，很新，有格調也很時尚，我醒得早，怕吵醒妻子，就在雅緻的大堂茶軒窗畔品着香茗聽了一早上的廬山晨雨滴嗒，才詩興大發，文思泉湧，故而寫出了這篇讚美爽文😂😂，床品和潔具都非常舒適，高檔與厚重，開車接送我們來回大景點和集散中心的司機大哥，和前台的美女小姐姐及餐廳的靚姨經理都很nice，幫了我們很大的忙👍👍👍，真正做到了賓至如歸，服務周到！讓我們恰當其時地趕上年看到了如琴湖仙到窒息的雨霧空靈🥰🥰 。連五星酒店出身的我也覺得這兒的衞生，管理和服務之好，房間景觀與設備之靚，完全跟得上廣州的白金五星酒店了，跟他們聊天時才知道，原來這個蓮花台花園度假酒店是大國企集團旗下著名的酒店管理品牌新設計裝修和運營的，怪不得。個人認為這是我們這次四省之行當中最棒的體驗了，也應該是廬山上至美至驚艷的半山酒店了吧🌹🌹，大傢伙已經打算明年寒假再來看雪，多住幾天 🥰🥰。

This was a bit further from 牯岭街 but no regrets staying here! It’s quieter and also quite near to the shuttle bus station (something 旧址station)! My boyfriend fell sick in the trip, and the receptionist was so kind to help us find the nearest hospital / help us collect our food / gave us thermometer etc They were really sweet and gave us some souvenirs too, and upgraded our room. The room was very clean, but be sure to close the windows properly as we had two beetle looking flies that flew in (but it’s a mountain area so I’m sure all hotels will have the same problem if you don’t close it!!) The receptionist also shared lots of tips with us, like which are the fun spots etc, and she patiently explained to us how it works. Food in the hotel was really great and surprisingly affordable. We had the stir fried pork and I really liked it. Overall a good experience. And the bath tub was to die for

The wooden cabins are not as nice (clean, quiet, comfortable) as the main building’s rooms. You can literally hear the TV and conversations of the neighbors through the walls even if they’re just talking at an acceptable indoor volume. The bathroom is not really clean (toilet, shower mat). The location of the hotel is great except for when it comes to car pickup and drop off. I gave full marks (4x 5 stars) for my 1-night stay in the building, and 90% (2x 4 stars, 2x 5 stars) for my 3-night stay in the wooden cabin. This place was great all-in-all, but do be aware of the big difference between the regular room and the “upgraded” one. Oh, and the duo in the kitchen are a hoot! Loved them! Thank you to Shu Shu and Ayi for all the delicious food. Ask the staff for recommendations as well for what to do and where to go (weather conditions and time permitting). They were all very helpful. Thank you!

The service of this hotel is way beyond excellent! Had us added their hotel communication through wechat immediately after booking, walked us through the steps and any questions that we have about the travel in lushan even non hotel related questions. Had a hotel driver that picked/dropped us from the cabal car station from/to hotel. Even guided us back to hotel when we ventured out in town at night and couldn't figure out which bus to take to get back :) The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is not in middle of town so was quiet and tranquil and hear the bird ”singing” in the morning and the night wind howling at night when we kept the window open. It is also walking distance away from the bus station for both the west and east line of the scenery right. Will definitely book them again when coming back to lushan in the future.

We travelled to Lushan as a UK couple wanting to explore the national park. The staff were very helpful and friendly despite the language barriers. At all times they were patient and tried to support us to navigate the hotel and local area. They went above and beyond. The room was very comfortable and quiet. A little dated but it was clean and the staff tried hard with the little touches like leaving snacks. It was very appreciated that a shuttle bus was available given the hotel is quite a distance from the main areas. It would've been nice if this was on later in the evening to give people a chance to get back after 9.30pm. Other than that it was a great service. The breakfast was just OK, a range of options available but we had better quality in other places we stayed. Would stay again.

We had a great time at Clouds on the Hills. We were picked up from the cable car station upon arrival even though the hostel is only a few hundred metres away. Turned out the steep roads on Lushan will make the short trip difficult with luggage. The location is excellent and the view exquisite. The owner also brought us to the back of the hill which is not a marked tourist spot so we can have the place all to ourselves. The room heating is excellent too, so we never felt the bitter cold wind that was blowing outside.

Stayed here in end Oct. While reception was friendly, everything else did not meet expectations and match the price. Bed was hard and pillows were flat, thus uncomfortable for sleep. Breakfast spread was limited, taste was bad and food was cold except for hard boiled eggs and soup noodles - totally not befitting a hotel of this scale. We only used the bath tub in the room (water from hot spring too) instead of using the hotel hot spring facilities because we saw paper cups littered around some of the pools and questioned the cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities. You can ask reception for a disposable tub cover. It was also difficult to get a private hire vehicle at this hotel and we had to pay a higher price to get one. Overall poor value for the price we paid.

#Very clean# The owner was very welcoming and provided very useful travel information. When we encountered a small problem, she ran around helping us resolve it; we were truly grateful. #Convenient location# The room facilities were newly renovated and quite user-friendly.
