Moxi Ancient Town hasn't got much going on at the moment, but I think if you come back in a few years, it could be more bustling."

The hotel customer service clearly stated that breakfast would be served from 7:00 AM, and this was confirmed repeatedly. However, when I arrived at the restaurant at 7:10 AM the next day, breakfast was not yet ready. Only one chef was busy, while the other staff were idle, even making noise at the restaurant reception, disrupting the dining atmosphere. I hope the hotel will strengthen the sense of responsibility and service awareness of its staff to ensure breakfast is served on time and to provide guests with a good dining experience. When I tried to check out at 7:50 AM, the front desk was unattended, and the lobby was empty. Because I was in a hurry, I had to leave my room key next to the computer at the front desk. I hope the hotel will rationally allocate front desk staff to avoid guests encountering situations where no one is there to assist them upon check-out. The parking lot exit gate was unattended, preventing vehicles from leaving normally. Ultimately, the passenger had to park the car back in the crowded parking space and search for staff to resolve the issue. Finally, a cleaning lady helped wake up the front desk staff, and only after entering the license plate number could the passenger leave. It is hoped that the hotel will strengthen its parking lot management and ensure that there are dedicated personnel on duty at the entrance to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to guests. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the exterior is also aesthetically pleasing, but there are some issues with service quality and internal management. It is hoped that the hotel management will pay attention to these issues, strengthen systematic training for employees, improve their service awareness and sense of responsibility, and optimize internal management processes to provide higher quality and more efficient service and enhance the overall guest experience."

I heard their meat buns are also good, but they were too big for me to try. I stayed for two nights and was very satisfied."

"This was a total rip-off, I felt like I was scammed by a marketing account. 1. The view wasn't great; there were two construction sites right in front of the window, which greatly affected the experience. 2. The entire guesthouse was old and poorly maintained. The room doors wouldn't lock properly, and we had to call workers at night to fix them. 3. The worst part was the food. We ordered a chicken hot pot, but we couldn't find a single whole piece of chicken, just scraps like necks. It wasn't tasty, and it was expensive—nearly 300 yuan! The next day, we ate at Moxi Ancient Town for half the price, and the food was much better, with larger portions and better taste. I recommend eating at Moxi Ancient Town if you want to eat out. The above review is entirely because the guesthouse's price was completely inaccurate and not worth the price. It was a total rip-off, the most unpleasant place I stayed during my trip to Western Sichuan."

It has an underground parking garage, an elevator, and a breakfast that I'd describe as delicious and nutritious. The room was super clean, and the toiletries were Lux brand with a lovely jasmine scent. The shower had great water pressure, and the disposable face towels and bath towels were so convenient. Moxi Ancient Town is truly perfect for an extended stay, and the prices are delightful. There's a wide variety of food options, and the guesthouse's location is the best – not only is it the closest to Hailuogou Scenic Area, but there are also many dessert shops nearby, with Tianlala right next door. I truly, truly love this guesthouse so much!"

The local host is incredibly genuine and enthusiastic. They patiently introduced forest trails and snow mountain viewpoints, and even thoughtfully shared tips to avoid common travel pitfalls. After a busy day exploring the snow-capped mountains and forests, returning to the courtyard to drink tea and relax, you can slowly experience the unique tranquility and peacefulness of western Sichuan. It's perfect for couples, friends, or families traveling together. If you're visiting Hailuogou, I highly recommend this charming B&B with such a wonderful ambiance."
