"The hotel is located in the center of Moxi town and has parking. It has a lovely little garden and a beautiful environment! The room facilities were excellent, the bedding was comfortable and clean, and there was a smart toilet, a large indoor bathtub, and disposable bath bags for hot spring bathing – it was incredibly relaxing! Our room had a direct view of the snow-capped mountains – absolutely stunning! Breakfast was also a special experience, and the restaurant staff were very welcoming. Dinner was at the hotel, featuring yak hot pot, which was delicious and reasonably priced! The young man at the front desk was professional and attentive, even providing helpful information about nearby attractions, the local temperature, and how to get to the tourist service center (only a kilometer from the hotel). "This hotel is truly a hidden gem! Located at the foot of Ruoding Mountain, my family and I even visited some famous tourist spots. Our stay was exceptionally pleasant! The hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are clean, bright, and comfortably laid out. The bedding, towels, and bath towels are all incredibly soft and gentle on the skin, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom features a thoughtful separate shower and toilet, and the hot water flow is consistent and plentiful. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, providing efficient and quick check-in and check-out, and patiently answering all our questions. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, with excellent local specialties. The breakfast set for two is generous and plentiful. Overall, it's excellent value for money. The rooms have private hot spring baths, creating a tranquil and comfortable environment. The service is warm and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next trip! "Dear all, Even though hotel staff is very friendly (does not speak English, but you can figure out everything with a translation app) there are some observations which should not be expected based on the hotel category and price and which was also not written in the description: - the hotel building seems to be very old or poorly constructed. Difficult to fully close the window and still not quite. - Pool, gym etc are in a separate building where you need to pay an additional fee. Sauna, spa and gym should be free according to description. Actually there is no sauna at all and many pools are out of order at the date of my visit (early October). - hotel breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of food but coffee comes out from a machine where you could assume it’s instant coffee or generally very poor quality. Actually if I had known about these factors I would have chosen a different hotel. Sorry for this feedback. Best Dominik"

The staff came up to us and helped us drive down. The hotel food was delicious, and they even delivered a late-night snack of white fungus soup to our room. The next day, when we were leaving, the receptionist patiently took a group photo for us! The most amazing thing was that after checking out, my companion left her wireless earphones at the hotel. We had already driven quite a distance and stopped in the old town, but the staff brought them to us right there! It was so kind of them!! Thumbs up!"
