"Rydges is arguably the largest hotel in Hunter Valley. As soon as you step out the door, you're greeted by an 18-hole golf course, a swimming pool, and a large grassy area for kids to play soccer. The breakfast spread is also very rich. The only downside was the staff shortage; we arrived around 6 PM, and the reception was already unstaffed, so we had to check-in ourselves using the self-service machine."

Lauren, Gareth, and the entire staff were incredible, attending to every detail with exceptional care. They were extremely friendly and provided us with the perfect space for team building and all our activities. "De tafel ligt in een rustige zijstraat en slechts een hop, skip en sprong van de attracties van Hunter Valley. De kamers zijn welkom, goed ingericht en spotloos. Ze hebben de meest goddelijke linnen en handdoeken. De bungalow die we in verbleven had een beetje balkon. De gasten van de gasten hebben een groot en gevarieerd continental ontbijt, waar u kunt zitten in tafels met mooie linnen, of buiten in de mooie tropische tuin. Het is een gezonde vogel, en honden kunnen veilig in de gegaten tuin wandelen. We hielden van hier blijven en zullen zeker terugkeren."

"Het was mijn verjaardags weekend en we hadden een prachtige feesten vanwege Emma's Cottage Vineyard. Het was verbazingwekkend met schoon kamers en comfortabele bedden. Veranda's waren enorm voor verzamelen en kijken naar de zon. We genoten het zwembad met verbazingwekkende Blanc de Blanc."

"Loved this beautiful accommodation! The room was huge and extremely clean. The stone bathtub was to die for. It was the perfect little romantic getaway with my partner. Had gorgeous views over looking the lake. After our wine tour in the area we got to enjoy our purchases on the balcony with a cheeseboard with some ducks swimming through the lake. Very quiet and perfect for some R&R! Will definitely come again."

"We stayed at this private & well-located accommodation as a group so were able to book all of the cabins. The cabins were immaculately clean, well presented & with welcoming touches that made our stay very comfortable. Special mention to the owners - Caroline & Paul who had the perfect hosting balance. They ensured we were all set up & were friendly but also allowed us to enjoy our group catch-up. This venue is perfect for groups. The surrounds are lush & well -maintained. It is well-positioned to explore the area whilst providing a peaceful retreat. Tuckers Lane is a unique gem."

"Requested earlier check-in..no problem, got my email teeing me which unit, key in door. Arrived...couldn't find the unit. Walked around , 10 minutes great views, finally found it. First impression: very basic. Toilet had skid marks! Spiderwebs on walls, cut finger on e exposed staple on front door. Counter tops sticky and dirty. Dust clumps on floor. Plugged the iron in, bit of a spark at power point. Ironed, left for party at a winery. Returning about 11.00pm. 12.01am received map to find Where to find unit! Bed...clean and comfortable. No lights on bedhead worked. Power point was frizzled! Could smell that it had burned through. Pulling curtain closed, it fell! Dust and cobwebs! Air-conditioning off. Could hear people from every other unit. Eventually, a comfortable sleep. Shower head fell off as the water was turned on. Struggled for 20 minutes to reconnect it. Really needs an overhaul. Fresh paint, and a good clean. Sadly dissapointed."
