"Very small room but with all you need. This was the perfect stay for one night on the way from Spain to Belgium. Just by the highway. Cheap and dogs are welcome. The lady at the reception was very polite and nice as we arrived. I would not choose to take the breakfast again, it was very, very, basic. Not really worth it. All in all, I recommend this hotel."

"We've been going to Premiere Classe hotels now for years on our way through France, but have decided now that they have had their day. The washing section is much more cramped than their current competitors' and the towel is tiny. While the bed itself is reasonably comfortable, the one pillow they offer is now so thin and so small (half a normal pillow size) that it offers no support at all and makes for an uncomfortable night. While some may say these egg-box hotels are ok for a 1-night stay, I would say they're not if you don't sleep. I'm afraid these hotels are now Derniere Classe. No more, thank you."

B&B Hotel Bordeaux Lormont

"We came to bordeux to go to The Weeknd concert and check-in was at 14:00. We had to be at the stadium at 15:00/16:00. We arrive at 14:00 to the hotel and attempted multiple times to pay for the check-in but the machine was no longer working. Contacted someone who works onsight, horrible horrible customer service skills. Told us that the manager will come at 17:00 and we should go and come back at that time. The lady then shouted at me saying to go and come back or cancel my reservation because there was nobody onsight to help. 7 different families were stranded outside in the same situation. Eventually she hung up while I was mid sentence and just stopped answering the phone even when other people tried to call. Told her I was pregnant and I needed the bathroom, she said there's nothing she can do and I should find another toilet to use. Ended up cancelling my reservation and booking at the ACE Hôtel which had much much better hospitality and very close by."

"Er is geen ontbijt meer beschikbaar omdat "er momenteel te veel gasten in het hotel zijn"! Een kamer die niet was schoongemaakt (onopgemaakt bed en gebruikte handdoeken). De betaling was online gedaan tijdens de boeking, maar bij aankomst werd mij gevraagd opnieuw te betalen, met de bewering dat er alleen een pre-autorisatie op mijn Visa-kaart was uitgevoerd. In werkelijkheid was het bedrag van mijn bankrekening afgeschreven. Er is geen reactie gekomen op mijn e-mail met het verzoek om terugbetaling."
