The newly built hotel is the twin of the Pearl Beach Lounge but is located in a much quieter position and above all in the area from which it is possible to enjoy the sunset with the sun going out into the sea. If you are looking for unbridled entertainment in the port area, this is not the place for you, although it can be reached in just a pleasant 10 minutes by bike. Very kind staff, clean and spacious rooms, both the pool area and the beach are beautiful and very well looked after. Highly recommended (anti-coral shoes are essential for swimming, when you see the low tide you will understand why....)

Hotel room was clean and comfy, the hotel food was excellent especially the Indian menu as well as Aston burger which was a winner with kids. The service was amazing! Special thanks to Hadi who made our stay pleasant he even took the time to explore the island with my son! The management of the hotel regarding service is the best by far! We will definitely be back ! Thanks so much Hadi and co. 🌺

Just an amazing hotel! From the super helpful and friendly staff at reception, the little upgrade to the sunset bungalow, the huge swimming pool, pool bar and the beach just in front. It’s THE perfect spot to watch the sunset. I wish I had stayed longer! You can rent bicycles from the hotel to go into town which is the busier side or they can call the horse carriage to take you to and from. Oh and the outside bathroom was incredible, looking at the moon at stars when in the shower 🤩 I would definitely choose it again if I were to come back !

Excellent customer service.clean and spacious room.Truly an enjoyable stay! Even the location is nice, about 15 minutes away from the harbour by bicycle which is a good thing because it's much more peaceful as all the loud music is located near the harvour, so staying at this hotel is much more relaxing. There are also other restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. There is a beach right in front of the hotel, but the water level is too shallow so it's not suitable for swimming.But it's not really a problem because if you don't mind walking a bit, about 1-2km north of this hotel, you can find the best beach on this entire island! You can even find turtles there! I would not hesitate recommending this hotel to anyone as I am usually too lazy to write reviews, but when I do, it's either because it's too good or too bad, so you get the idea.

Lombok foi um dos locais escolhidos por nós para passarmos 5 dias, durante a nossa recente viagem pela Indonésia. O Sheraton Senggigi foi o resort onde ficámos. É uma propriedade que se localiza junto à praia, no meio de vegetação luxuriante. Apesar das infra-estruturas do resort estarem muito usadas e com decoração antiga, o enquadramento cénico é único e, nem que seja só por isso, vale a pena conhecê-lo. O resort fica a 1 hora, de táxi, do aeroporto e como tivémos problemas com uma das malas que não apareceu (deficiente serviço da Super Air Jet), fizémos um check in tardio. Vínhamos com fome, mas percebemos que a cozinha da propriedade encerra às 22:30 e a partir dessa hora não há possibilidade de ter aqui uma refeição. A alternativa foi pedir comida de um restaurante de fora do hotel, através da App Grab. O check in foi feito com simpatia, o nosso estatuto Titanium foi reconhecido, fomos acompanhados ao quarto e foi-nos feito um upgrade para uma suite (#5348). Esta era bastante antiga, embora espaçosa, com quarto separado da sala. Infelizmente, começou a chover bastante e começou a haver água a cair do teto da casa de banho. Assim, no dia seguinte mudaram-nos para outra suite (#6152). Esta estava renovada, com algum cheiro a mofo, mas como havia um ambientador perfumante, o cheiro tornava-se menos desagradável. Tinha também sala e quarto separados, vários sofás para podermos relaxar, uma pequena mesa e duas televisões. A cama King era confortável, o AC funcionou adequadamente e havia café e água gratuitos, repostos diariamente. A casa de banho era ampla com um lavabo, banheira e duche separados. A housekeeping, incluindo serviço de turndown, fez um trabalho eficiente. Tomámos o pequeno-almoço buffet, incluído na tarifa, diariamente, e este disponibilizou uma variedade regular de opções. Também fizemos as principais refeições no resort e a comida servida foi de boa qualidade. A lista dos vinhos era limitada e mesmo dos que constavam, a maioria estava esgotada. De notar que os membros Elite tinham 20% de desconto nas despesas de restauração. O staff do hotel foi acolhedor, simpático e solícito. Mas, na realidade, o que nos surpreendeu foi a beleza e o envolvimento do local onde está implantado o resort: vegetação luxuriante, jardins extremamente bem cuidados, decorado com inúmeras estatuetas, algo místicas, piscina também com decoração a condizer, contribuindo para o misticismo do lugar. A praia de areia preta, vulcânica, é banhada por mar calmo e tépido, embora a cor da água seja escura e não das mais atrativas. Sem dúvida, que o grande trunfo da propriedade são os seus exteriores que, embora antigos, lhe impregnam um ar misterioso, de santuário perdido no meio da selva. É verdade que o resort necessita de obras de renovação urgentes nalguns locais, mas esperamos que os proprietários, quando as fizerem, preservem os exteriores tal como estão. The staff is fantastic, everyone worked hard to make us forget the time. From the moment we arrived, they took great care of us, with the aim of making our stay unforgettable. A big plus is the bedding, it is incredibly nice, it is rare to find such good quality mattresses. The location a little away from the center is really a plus, it allows you to sleep peacefully, because the center is really very lively, day and night. You will need to allow 20 minutes on foot and 10 minutes by bike, which are provided by the hotel. The restaurant has a breathtaking view of the sea where every evening, you will have the opportunity to admire the sunset over Bali, while enjoying happy hour. The catering is good, we ate every evening at the hotel and were spoiled. Breakfast is à la carte, which avoids wasting food from buffets, plus the staff will do everything to satisfy your desires. This review is for the restaurant and not the actual hotel. I am only writing this review as I had a very poor experience with one of the staff members here. With that said I also had a lovely experience with another staff member which is why I still am giving four stars. I came to use the loungers at the beach. When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who brought me a coconut from another stall as they did not have any. All was good and I decided to order food and approached another staff member for a menu. This staff member was incredibly, incredibly rude. He told me that they weren’t serving food only drinks (I saw others had food). He then asked “if I am stupid and do I not understand English” when I questioned why I couldn’t receive a menu and stormed away. The original friendly staff member then brought me a menu; however, I choose to leave and eat somewhere else as I was so so out off by the rude male staff member. I work in hotels in hospitality and it was shocking to be spoken to this way by a hotel staff member. This individual should not be working in hospitality. I wish I got names so the friendly staff member could be credited while the rude one could be identified by management.

We stayed there for 4 nights. The whole experience was amazing. It was the best hotel we stayed at in Indonesia. The stagg were so friendly and tok care of us. We got lots of free snacks and drinks by the pool and the whole atmosphere was excelent. Food was fresh and good and rooms very clean and tidy. The view from the restaurant in the morning was speachless. We also tried the snorkeling with the pink boat and it was so beautiful and luxurious yet the price was low. Enjoyed every second of our stay. Would love to stay there much longer!

First of all, the hotel is less than two kilometers from the pier, you can take a 150k carriage ride, the location is not bad, go out to the beach, (but most hotels in Geely are like this), the spa is very cheap at 50%, the hotel public area is very good , suitable for taking pictures, this is a lot of places. Secondly, the hotel has a lot of places to spit. The hotel is relatively small in size, and there are some emmmmm in the house...the original? There are many bugs in the bathroom, and a frog crawls under my feet when taking a bath. The sofa was very dirty and damp, and we didn't even cover the sheets! It was the feeling of winter... Then we had a magnitude 6.6 earthquake on the first day of the first day, the house was trembling, the door was very old, and it was so horrible. There is no window in the house. Although you can't see the sea in the house, you can hear the huge sound of the waves, and when the waves are big, the house will tremble violently. It feels very weak! The second day of the earthquake shocked almost one night, a few waves, and the signal of the whole island was not good. The wifi of the hotel was particularly bad. There were only one or two grids, often broken, and it felt very desperate in this environment. The experience is not good.
