Best Customer Service right from check in. Masks were required in all public areas. Easy. Efficient. Friendly. Immaculate, the staff was always working. Excellent accommodations for a family of 5. Beds were comfortable, pillows were just right. 2 Tv's with lots of channel options. So clean! Pool and hot tub were being tested for chlorine levels by the pool attendant who was very diligent in getting levels accurate . Pristine. Breakfast had abundant choices, especially during Covid. Lots of hot items, lots of grab and go items. Close to family restaurants, attractions and shops. It will always be our first choice in the Lombard area.

Beautiful, natural setting. We were looking for a retreat center to host a couples' retreat. The Hyatt Lodge was recommended. Could not have asked for a better setting. Staff was warm and welcoming and attended to our every question and need. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean, and the banquet food was good. Also had a few meals at the restaurants, which were good.

This hotel surprised me. Expected a usual budget chain hotel. This was better. To start is the reception. Met 3 nice ladies. Arasele , Ro, and Patricia. All were friendly and efficient. Patrica was especially helpful with a few calls I made prior to arrival. The room was clean , not outdated as many are, the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve had in a bit. I was told that they were fairly new. Pool clean. Only reason for 4 stars is not a fan of the breakfast. But I guess it’s your typical stuff. I will stay here again

This hotel has major problems. Check in is at 3 pm. We arrived at 3:45. The room was not ready and the front desk supervisor was very slow. She could not tell us when it would be ready. There was a line of about a dozen people. Some were irate. It took 50 min to check in. The supervisor said check in is at 3 pm, but not all the rooms are ready then. We had an event to attend, needed time to get ready, etc. To say this was frustrating, is an understatement. We received a notice from Hilton saying we could check in using the app; however, it would not work. We were not offered anything, including water while waiting. As a diamond member, I expect more. I certainly will not return to this hotel again.

We were forced to stay here for a stay and play tournament. Upon arrival we were told our reservation wasn’t until the next day. I ended up having to show the front desk my email confirmation on the dates to get our room. Then upon getting to the room we noticed the room refrigerator didn’t work and it was roughly 85 degrees in our room. I called down to the front desk and was told there were no other rooms available and that they knew there was an issue with the heat and air but couldn’t do anything about it and do open the window…. In March… in 15 degree weather if I wanted my room cooler. No one ever even came to look at our fridge and the front desk just shrugged their shoulders when we asked if someone could fix it. The next morning my husband went down to get our breakfast bags, despite being promised 4 full breakfasts per room per night through the tournament company contract, we were told the restaurant was closed and they would only provide 2 bags per room. They also tried to check us out the next day and turned off our keys because whoever changed our reservation the night before also cancelled the rest of our stay. The rooms are tiny, a family of 4 can barely fit. The bathrooms are dirty and tiny. Don’t expect housekeeping, you have to ask at the front desk for even trash to be emptied. We will be sharing our thoughts on this property with the tournament company as well so maybe they stop putting families here.

We have stayed at the Chicago Westin Lombard on several occasions so my husband can attend the Windy City Pulp Convention. This year, I also visited Lilacia Park. The staff at the front desk ( Girardo and others) are always friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The bellhop, Charles, is so great! The hotel smells wonderful, is clean, pleasant, and a great value for Bonvoy Marriott members! It is located at the Yorktown Center, where there is shopping, restaurants, and other attractions.we look forward to visiting again.
