"Staying here now with my family after a really bad experience with the Weston super mare east branch last night I can definitely say I can not fault the rooms here in liskeard premier inn there spotlessly clean by far the cleanest premier I have ever stayed in and have air con too and the staff are lovely especially the cleaner girls so welcoming and friendly would definitely stay here again absolutely lovely hotel."

"What a little treasure of a B&B. Set in a beautiful part of Cornwall on a working farm with relaxing views across the hills and downs. Our room was a double with en-suite shower and was cosy and really well furnished, plus everything supplied was quality - Bibi Towels, stylish bathroom accessories and very tastefully decorated with every need supplied. Stephanie and Mervyn (or is it Mervyn and Stephanie? :-) ) were a mine of useful local and regional information. Both were happy to satisfy our inquisitive minds about farming and clearly they and other farmers are the backbone of our Country. Food was as much or as little as you wanted and served in a relaxed dining area overlooking the main farmyard and distant hills, whilst watching the South Devon Cattle roaming the fields. This is a home from home of the highest quality and friendliest hosts. We were sad to leave but all good things come to an end and if we ever went back to Cornwall this would be our first choice. "

"Stayed here as a budget option whilst on business It is basically very good value, clean and hospitable Did not eat but had breakfast which was good value, freshly cooked and ingredients were good quality The room was comfortable and the bathroom freshly done Only bag was the rather small bath towel which although spotlessly clean was a bit washed out"

"A real shame that I am writing this as the accommodation is set in such beautiful and peaceful grounds. Owners nowhere to be seen. Information book in accommodation and website is very out of date as they are still advertising an onsite ‘village Inn’ which closed during Covid! Photographs on the website show newer style kitchens but we stayed in Lakeview 4 which had a very outdated kitchen. No problem with that except in areas it was very grubby and broken. On arrival we found dirty wet towels, cobwebs everywhere, a kettle that hadn’t been descaled and a very ill equipped kitchen. Old instructions from old appliances. A rusty washing machine, toast crumbs in the toaster and layers of dust along the horizontal blinds. Again such a shame as the bedding and bathroom were immaculate (apart from the cobwebs!) The decor was definitely in need of a refresh! The owners definitely need to employ a new cleaner and decorate. Not what you expect when paying nearly £900 for 3 nights. I raised my concerns with the owner by WhatsApp as the out of date instructions in the welcome book said he would be at the ‘Village Inn’ which closed 6 years ago! I had no response apart from a pair of rusty scissors and an airer left on the doorstep yet someone had been in to change the kettle and light bulb. No oven gloves either! I do not recommend staying here."
