"Een hotel dat de verwachtingen overtrof. Vanaf het moment dat ik incheckte, was het personeel zeer efficiënt en professioneel. Ik was vooral onder de indruk van de receptioniste, Xiao Li, die hartelijk, attent en beleefd was. Het is de moeite waard om een ​​wereldwijd ketenhotelmerk te zijn! "Highlight is the amazing breakfast for the price. The room was clean, which is what matters the most. There are 2 issues: even when i got the non-smoking room, the room still somehow smelled like smoking room, even if it's still acceptable for me. It's totally not acceptable if you bring in your kids though. Another issue is some of the lights, like hallway light didn't work. Otherwise everything else was great, the reception was polite and hospitable, checking in and out didn't have any issues."

"I spent two nights at the Marriott Hotel in Lishui and truly enjoyed my stay. The hotel’s location is perfect—right on the river, offering a calm and scenic view. Upon arrival, the front desk staff kindly upgraded me to a river-view room, which was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, especially the memory pillow. The bathroom was modern and very clean, and the bathtub was perfect for relaxing after a long day. (It would be even better if they added a smart toilet someday!) The staff deserve special praise—always smiling, polite, and professional. The team at the 31st-floor lounge were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The lounge food selection was excellent, with a wide variety and great quality. The lobby staff were also very welcoming and efficient. Breakfast was one of the highlights—an impressive range of both Chinese and international dishes, all delicious and well presented. Easily a 10/10 experience. I also enjoyed the pool and steam room, both clean and easily accessible, with helpful staff on site. Overall, everything about this hotel exceeded expectations: great location, outstanding service, delicious food, and top-class facilities. I would certainly stay here again on my next visit to Lishui."

The staff were exceptionally attentive; they were quick to respond to any requests, and in the evening, they even offered comforting snacks and bedtime milk – truly thoughtful service everywhere you look. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a high quality of rest. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and the location offered convenient access to transportation. Atour's unique humanistic service atmosphere truly stands out; it feels like having a cozy, reassuring home away from home. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation, and I'll certainly be staying here again and again!"

Hoewel er tegenwoordig hotelketens met sterren in Lishui zijn, woon ik toch liever in Wenting vanwege de goede ligging. Deze keer heb ik mijn ouders meegenomen om te spelen en heb ik een pakket rechtstreeks via het platform besteld, wat zeer kosteneffectief was. De gastenmanager van het hotel, Wu Hanfeng, is zeer professioneel en zijn serviceniveau ligt op hetzelfde niveau als dat van sterrenhotels.
