"Dit was mijn eerste verblijf in Element Hotel. Het hotel heeft een geweldige locatie, midden in de bruisende Yintai City in Lishui. Het deelt veel voorzieningen met het naastgelegen Marriott, zoals de sportschool, het zwembad en het ontbijtrestaurant. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is echt hoog. Alisa bij de receptie was erg gastvrij en legde proactief de relevante details uit. Ik zal Element Hotel zeker weer kiezen voor mijn volgende zakenreis!"

The mountain environment was okay, but the area around the Little Cloud outdoor installation and pool was in need of maintenance. There weren't many recreational activities. Personally, I didn't find the food very good, and the breakfast wasn't very varied."

"I came to Lishui on a business trip. After a long time of selection, I finally decided to stay at the five-star Junlan. The hotel has a great night view at night. It is surrounded by mountains. Through the large windows, you can see the mountains stacked on top of each other, which is very beautiful. The room is five-star standard, with complete facilities and quality. The room service aunt is very kind and gave welcome fruit. There is a bathtub in the room, and I took a beautiful bath at night. There is a super beautiful candy cart in the lobby~"

"The loft was nice, and the kids were happy. However, the smart speaker was a bit clunky; it could only turn all the lights on or off, not just the bathroom or hallway lights. You had to manually adjust it, and because it's a loft, you had to go downstairs to turn it on and then use your phone's flashlight to find your way back upstairs. Also, the air conditioner vents were directed upwards, and the layout caused hot air to accumulate on the upper floor, preventing airflow between them. So, people upstairs were stuffy and hot, while those downstairs were freezing. The breakfast experience was poor; the older gentleman kept complaining about how busy it was during the Spring Festival. His complaints lasted from around 7 am to past 9 am, he was constantly grumbling."

"1. Upon entering the hotel lobby, a bunch of staff gathered at the check-in area to chat. 2. When checking in, the staff did not have any smiles at all, and their attitude was cold and impatient. 3. Entering the room, the decoration smell is serious. My rhinitis, which I hadn't had for a long time, broke out half an hour later. 4. The most outrageous thing is! At about 10:58 a.m. the next day, the housekeeping lady opened the door and entered the room without my consent. My husband and I were sleeping at the time! I was literally so scared that I jumped out of bed! What is extremely speechless is that after I called the hotel manager to complain, she said that according to common sense, guests usually wake up before 11:00 in the morning, so the guest rooms will be cleaned? Speechless? I literally died laughing! What does it mean to follow common sense? ? I will call Ctrip later to complain! In all these years of staying in hotels, I have never encountered such a *** hotel manager!"
