房間在瀚海銀灘一棟，一線海景，視野開闊！所在小區瀚海銀灘應該是比較老的小區，小區綠化一般，車道不算寬！大門右手就是美食街，吃的很多！左手有一家錦湘廚味道很好，菜品質量很好，稱海鮮也足斤足量，價錢也不貴！我們在這家吃了七八次，每次都吃的很滿意！值得推薦！到沙灘不用出小區大門，下樓右轉出門崗右轉，十幾分鍾到沙灘，再沿着沙灘步行往右走十幾分鍾就能到龍頭嶺礁石（也是雅居樂的銷售中心所在地，有一些拍照的道具，還能趕海撈海膽抓螃蟹）.注：從機場或高鐵站打車到海洋假日定位到瀚海銀灘一棟最近！至於有的客人在網上評論的關於走廊路燈問題 ，其實也沒那麼黑，衹要有人就有燈感應亮！

性價比，比較高的公寓式酒店，離海灘走路十分鐘左右，消失的她的網紅燈塔近在咫尺，非常棒的一個度假勝地！店家給我們免費升級的親子房，非常舒服的入住體驗！

環境：訂的雙房海景空墅，視野無敵，據觀察每層樓就一間此户型，兩個卧室打開窗簾直接看海，個人感覺視野完全秒殺隔壁2k多的萊佛士。
設施：酒店泳池沒去過，路過的時候問了一下，需要佩戴泳帽（户外泳池要求泳帽的第一次見）。周邊配套完善，去海邊步行10分鐘左右，到夜市吃飯步行5分鐘（但這邊吃東西挺貴，可能是因為外地人在這邊買房度假的太多了）。停車場有地下，也有一個露天的和旁邊小區共用的，地下基本上別指望車位，但是露天那裡位置很多，下樓步行5分鐘左右到，出去就是夜市。圖片那個燈塔就是電影《消失的她》取景處，陽台就能看到，過去的話得繞一圈，晚上7點半之前都可以去到燈塔下，之後就不能過去了。
衞生：每天都有客房服務主動上門打掃衞生，更換洗漱用品和倒垃圾，如果需要更換床單要單獨説，不説的話這種連住一般默認不換。

酒店位置很好，到清水灣的美食街就5分鐘，10分鐘就能走到沙灘，看到燈塔，是非適合帶小朋友來度假挖沙子，地庫位置非常緊，沒地方的話地庫出口的向右就有地上停車場，酒店是幾棟相連的建築，有非常多的民宿，建議方向感不好的親提前聯繫酒店到大廳接下

房間兩室一廳空間非常大，適合家庭出遊。景觀非常棒，兩個卧室和客廳均直麪大海。尤其本次老師臨時發的上課資料有幾十頁，前台免費幫打印了，這個太讚了，本來都準備好付費打印的，感覺賺了一個億，感謝🌹🌹花

房間陽台正對大海，可以眺望燈塔。酒店乾淨衞生，附近餐館超市都有，比較方便，唯一小缺陷是停車場到酒店需步行一段距離。
