Nice villa with tasteful decoration. The beach is nearby and shops within a short ride.
The staff are helpful and friendly.

This is the second time I stayed there. The first time was definitely more pleasurable in the two bedroom unit compared to the one bedroom unit. At some point some workers entered the room then ran away scared when they saw I was there. The office said they were surprised to see and guest and wanted to check to see if they needed to bring welcome fruit but no fruit was ever brought to the room. Also, last time they told me swim caps are needed for the pool but this time no on wore a swim cap. What are the actual rules? There was also a man on the beach who told me that people would come and shoot me because I’m American. I found this funny (and had nothing to do with the hotel) but it wasn’t comfortable being a female traveling alone

本來還擔心房間是照騙，但真的很震撼，首先房間乾淨衞生，陽台超大，長到可以跑步了哈哈哈，其次外出過夜最擔心就是床墊不舒服，躺到床上就感覺到床墊也用心選了，一覺到自然醒～最後不得不誇就是服務，入住手續辦得很順利，小姐姐很耐心麻利辦完手續，總之是一次非常愉快的留宿過夜～

這個酒店真的住的太舒服了！前台工作人員態度很好，非常親切。有一晚我們出去吃飯忘了關陽台門因為雨後潮濕飛進了很多飛蟻，工作人員都過來幫忙處理。其次，海景太漂亮了，還有綠植！度假氛圍一級棒！小區往沙灘邊走有大草坪和很多綠植。雖然不提供早餐，但周邊也能買到包子油條豆腐腦。買回房間吃個海景早餐也是不錯的。陽台還有洗衣機，洗孩子們的泳衣真的方便多了，也幹得快。孩子們也超級喜歡這裏！下次來海南肯定是不二之選的酒店！既有家的氛圍也有度假的感覺。

這次來的時候剛好在五一前，給升級了豪華海景房，是現代風格，非常漂亮，卧室能看到園區風景，客廳能看到海景，陽台超級大，陽台也有綠植，感覺住進了森林裏，很不錯，下次還會過來的.

房子整體很大，設施設備比較完善～
泳池蠻大的，很想體驗一下，但是水不乾淨，有些小動物的標本……
別墅內蚊子非常多，二樓房間一個完全沒有一個鏡子，一個沒有全身鏡。
大多時候洗的都是涼水澡，不知道是什麼原因。
服務態度很好，接送都很積極。

房間很大很寬敞三個卧室一家人住也夠～從陽台就可以看到海景特別美!炊具餐具都有自己做飯也很方便～小區內有泳池和沙灘，就是走過去有點遠，可以提前聯繫前台開車來接～前台小哥和小姐姐的服務很贊哦

因為同一户型存在不同的樓層和傢俱陳列，特地提前一週多就預訂好，並叮囑客服給安排樓層高一點朝向好一點的房間，但辦理入住時仍被告知沒有其他選擇，僅有這一套了。進到房間感覺與預訂時從網上看到的有些出入，傢俱、設施相對較舊，衞生清潔做得一般。並告知服務人員18：00下班，有什麼事在18：00前提出來。因為之前在萬寧那邊住民宿的體驗感非常好，面對這一切總體是小小失望的。不過看中的空中花園大露台還是彌補了一些遺憾，不想出去吃飯，怕耽誤了眼前的風光，都是叫到房間來在露台用餐，這個體驗感加分。另外很奇怪清水灣這邊比石梅灣悶熱許多，在萬寧石梅灣坐在陽台上風是涼爽的，坐着不想回屋，直到覺得冷才回屋。這邊會感覺熱，晚上需要回屋開空調。客服和物業還是很友善的，有什麼問題在微信一説都能及時解決，感謝這兩天服務！

公寓環境優美，自駕遊有免費停車場，出入登記，入電梯需刷卡，安全性高。公寓很乾凈，有鍋碗可以做飯，就是沒有洗潔精，有點不方便。房間可以每天打掃還送了水，這個非常好，訂的觀海聽濤，超大陽台看海聽濤看景，棒棒的！推薦推薦！
