小區的環境真好，滿眼的綠植，健身房，游泳池，小童樂園應有盡有，還有我最愛的桌球。房間很温馨，乾淨，整潔。潮濕的三亞有乾爽的床品讓我們感到房東的用心，床睡得很舒服。住在這裏真有家的感覺，以後還會來的。對了，小區靠海，海景房真是無敵。

小區物業很好！進出管理嚴格，私密性很好，停車也方便。春節期間性價比很高！連續住了四晚，可以做飯，洗衣服，適合家庭入住。配套的泳池、小童樂園都很棒。房間還看海。管家很給力！

這是我們這次海南之行住得最滿意的一間，本來想先定一晚看看情況，是入住以後看見房間總體格局就很讓人覺得舒服！直接又續訂多一晚！！衞生間也挺寬，還有浴缸🛁這個陽台真的是愛了愛了！還有超大游泳池！剛定好房，客服（房東）馬上電話確認、告知了入住訊息，還告知了注意事項。。如果有10人可以入住的房間，打算下次跟家人來還要定這裏！

房間很棒，乾乾淨淨，海景很棒，可以看到海棠灣，陽台上看大海很愜意。小區環境很不錯，泳池水很乾凈，不小心喝了一口，水有點甜，可以點火做飯，很方便，下次還回來！

1.下單後，客服人員第一時間就與我取得了聯繫，介紹得也很詳細，包括如何進小區、停車。2.小區環境不錯，非常幽靜，夜晚小區道路也很明亮。去海邊需要穿過一個非常高端的酒店。住的小區安保很嚴，尤其對外來車輛、外來人都要求提供二維碼。3.關於吃飯，小區內部有24小時超市，業主食堂沒開，開車3-5分鐘到東和福灣的商業，基本滿足。在家也可以叫**。4.房間面對海邊，視野不錯。房間也很整潔，重點是，店家很注重細節，房間內配備的物品很齊全，消毒的酒精、一次性坐便套、洗衣液、鍋具等。正好趕上海南降温，室內的空調是具備制暖的。5.整體非常滿意。

第一次嘗試民宿，實在是因為想在三亞租房，臨時訂酒店太貴了，想着點評還不錯，真是住進去才知道，對不起孩子和父母，不知道那些點評是怎麼來的，雙卧室房，那個榻榻米上就一床被子，上面有頭髮，房間進去一股臭哄哄的味道。我反正在車裡踏實的睡了一晚。雖然腰痠背痛，但總比房間裏好。沒有拍照，實在不想污染我的手機。
