"The cottage in which we stayed in was honestly so beautiful, picturesque and comfy. Kitchen with everything you need, and then some, lmao. There's a bloody cheese preserver storage jars. Tbh that's pretty cool. Breakfast was also amazing. Farm makes for a really nice walk too. Passed out seconds into lying in the bed."

"We cannot recommend this guesthouse highly enough. The rooms are spacious, characterful and spotless. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and served in the quaint dining room. We travelled as a family for a wedding and the hostess was so kind and accommodating. She sorted out a booking mix up, helped us with room-hopping to get ready and was gracious about being asked to wake the father of the bride in the night because some vital meds had been left in his car. "

"We had breakfast at Linda’s while we were staying at the rewilding project nearby.Linda was very welcoming. The breakfast was nice. It had everything you need. Cereals, tea, coffee, and if you wish a full English. For my man, she even made vegetarian sausages. We were very happy at Linda’s and I can recommend it fully."

"Lifton Hall is een rustig hotel en we hebben er een prima verblijf van zeven nachten gehad. De kamer was ruim en voldeed prima. Parkeergelegenheid was ook dik in orde. Goed bereikbaar en ruim. Het diner was erg goed en voor Engelse begrippen ruim voorzien van groenten. Het ontbijt was redelijk. Er was een beperkt ontbijtbuffet zonder jam, yoghurt en vers fruit. Yogurt was te bestellen via het menu en voor jam moest worden gevraagd. Er is dus wel iets mogelijk maar je moet er dan wel naar vragen. Full English breakfast was minder omvangrijk dan we gewend zijn bij andere hotels. Neemt niet weg dat we nog wel terug zouden willen komen ook omdat Robert en Richard prima gastheren zijn!"
