房間和服務都不錯，設施相對比較新，酒店停車場在馬路對面，停車算24小時一天，很划算。

We hadden een kerstspecial geboekt van 23 tot 27 december, 4 nachten dus. Een dlixekamer hadden we gereserveerd, maar door een barbonnetje kwamen we er na 3 dage aczter dat we een Superior kamer hadden gekregen. Na dit verteld te hebben, kregen we een kleine korting van 10 euro per nacht. Ontbijt was prima, zoals het hoort in een 4 sterrenhotel, het diner matig 4 dagen lang de keus uit 4 dezelfde gerechten, risotto, kip of varkensvlees. De soep was ook iedeer dag hetzelfde en het ijs ook, beetje karig voor een 4 sterrenlocatie, m.i. niet meer dan 2 sterren waard. De rode wijn was veel te koud, ik schat voorzichtig in tussen de 6 en 8 graden en het nadeel was ook dat er toch veel personeel rind loopt, die alleen Tsjechisch verstaan en spreken. Kortom, aan d ebuitenkant prima, maar nog heel wat zaken om te verbeteren wi het echt 4 sterren zijn. Daar is mijn beoordeling dan ook op gebaseerd, alsmede op het feit dat gen enkele corona maatregel werd nageleefd of gecontroleerd.

The hotel is really good, we certainly recommend. Very friendly staff (specially at the restaurant), which I have to say it is not usual in CZ. They were very thoughtful leaving us a welcoming note and providing a nice fluffy teddy bear for my son to play during the stay. I have to mention also the free welcome drink, very nice. Comfortable bed an good quality sheets. Full of amenities. Fully automated, both room amenities and check-in and check-out process, which is very interesting and practical. Delicious food at the restaurant with honest prices. Good breakfast.

Very friendly and welcoming. Lovely too. Xmas decorations and fire place. Dining room staff were exceptional. Front desk and lounge also. Overall great experience.

We stayed in Liberec while trying to track down ancestors from the mid-1800's. This hotel was conveniently located near downtown, but not so close as to make it impossible to get in and out. The hotel does have paid parking in a lot just across the street. We arrived Sunday night and the reception desk said we could just park on the street overnight. The room was European in size, with enough room between the wall and the end of the beds for one person to pass only. Couldn't get the HVAC system to respond effectively, so just opened the windows to control room temperature. Perhaps a little too trendy with automated LED lights and curtains. The lights actually came on at 2AM, but did shut off on their own. A short walk down the hill provides plenty of dining and shopping opportunities. The hotel restaurant had a very good breakfast as well. The hotel worked fine for what we needed.

Prior to booking this establishment from Australia I enquired if they are able to cater for my wife’s dietary requirements to which the reply was favourable resulting in me booking for 6 days On completion of business last evening we attended the in house restaurant for dinner but told it was too busy to cater for our needs. Fair enough I did not make a booking so I enquired if I could order a meal and have it in our room given their are no other dining options in the immediate vicinity, but was told no it’s not possible With this I then asked if I could make a reservation for the next evening but told it was not possible as they did not know how busy they were going to be ? How bizarre? I asked for the duty manager and told her of my concerns and was provided with a Uber eats app / phone number If you are planning on staying at this establishment you are not guaranteed you will get a feed as the restaurant last night only had seating capacity for 44 people hence my 2 star rating

The receptionist Anezka Marie has been very helpful and super nice. The room was clean and perfect, very comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend and will come back.

Never again. They blocked 1000KCS for each person. We spent only one night in this hotel 02.06.2023 and after month we still have blocked 4000KCS on my card. They don't want to send you a confirmation that they unblocked this amount.
