The hotel has a hot spring experience, do not need to go out, the old five-star hotel, the service is very good, the bedding is also comfortable. We arrived by train. It was easy to get here by bus. We arrived before check in and were welcomed with a hostile greeting we felt this was because we could not speak French. We asked to leave our case and we’re shown an insecure room that was open for everyone to get in. We arrived back later and once again were greeted by a hostile receptionist once it was clear we could not speak French. We had paid for a queen bed and balcony room. The room is very basic. There is a kettle but you are given 2 paper cups and spoons. No bottled water. The bed is so soft and you can feel the springs if you dare to turn over in the night and the one flat pancake pillow. The spa area is very nice. Poole in and out. We went to the spa reception 6 times yesterday to book a massage but no one was there. We ate in the restaurant last night. I chose fondue. This arrived Luke warm and one bit mass of thick cheese the grill underneath was not lit eventually when the waiter passed by and I told him he said he would light it. I mean honestly no apology at all. We ate breakfast this morning. Very basic 2 waiters but spent most of the morning talking together or in the back. No help at all we couldn’t work the orange juice machine. The cereal dispenser was not working we could not find any spoons. Sadly we are here for another day. We will not be returning here or recommending it. Any body doubting me check my reviews I have never written a bad review before and we have been all over the world.

Personal very friendly and premature. Ski passports or day entrances are booked directly in the hotel so you don't have to stand at the boxes. Bravo clean rooms and everything there without sneaking. Sun balconies.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly, especially the waiter and the receptionist, a big thank you to both of them. It seemed to us that the staff would work 14 hours since we always saw the same faces. We can highly recommend the restaurant, the price/performance ratio was very good. The rooms didn't look like the pictures. Some things didn't work, such as the toilet fan or the missing lamp. The wellness area has a small sauna, the Roman bath looked like a construction site and the brine bath wasn't heated enough for me. In addition, there was only a massage table in the relaxation room, which was controlled by a robot/AI. If you like machines more than people... Breakfast was a little disappointing, fruit wasn't cut, no veggies, pancakes were just left out until cold. Anyone who values a delicious breakfast will not be happy there.

The hotel is very comfortable, the room is relatively large, there is a bathtub, and the balcony room is casually large. The hotel has its own indoor hot spring, comfortable and not cold, watching the snow-capped mountains hot springs can be achieved. The only downside is that the location is a bit biased. It takes to the bus stop Diana to have a place to eat and close at 5 o'clock. The hotel can also order food, about 45 Swiss francs per person. Hotel breakfast is OK. Remember to book a hotel car. The hotel must make an appointment one day in advance for the bus terminal. If it is not a self-driving car, I want to push my luggage directly from the station Diana to the hotel. Several large slopes 😂

Inauspicious from the outside, but what the hell! We were only looking for a place to be together en famille for one night before Christmas. On entering the hotel (slightly slithery in the snow on the way down to the entrance, be careful), I was immediately struck be the warmth and friendliness of the welcome. It was casual, easy-going and friendly - all smiles and cheer. The rooms were perfectly adequate: spacious and tapestried with a sort of funky medieval battenening, designed to feel like a 3* suit (could have slept three); and beds comfortable. I didn't check to see if there was a mini-bar, but there was a TV (which I didn't switch on). There was was a little balcony which made me wish I still smoked and a small kitchen - in case you wanted to prepare your own food (I didn't). The restaurant offered only the one dish, the special: vegetarians and non-pork eaters beware, although also proposed t-bone steak. We had the roast pork and it was very good, excellent recommendations for Swiss wine (la Petite Arvine) and the Johannisberger was also very good. All in all, an address I wouldn't hesitate to return to.

We noticed the following: very nice staff, first-class breakfast with seasonal fruits and cheese from the village, lovely care on site, quietly sleeping and immediately soluble coffee in the room. We can continue to recommend the hotel. It has not missed anything from our side, we will be happy to come back when we are near. The host has taken time for each guest and the conversation, she could give us recommendations that we can visit. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly, especially the waiter and the receptionist, a big thank you to both of them. It seemed to us that the staff would work 14 hours since we always saw the same faces. We can highly recommend the restaurant, the price/performance ratio was very good. The rooms didn't look like the pictures. Some things didn't work, such as the toilet fan or the missing lamp. The wellness area has a small sauna, the Roman bath looked like a construction site and the brine bath wasn't heated enough for me. In addition, there was only a massage table in the relaxation room, which was controlled by a robot/AI. If you like machines more than people... Breakfast was a little disappointing, fruit wasn't cut, no veggies, pancakes were just left out until cold. Anyone who values a delicious breakfast will not be happy there.

Inauspicious from the outside, but what the hell! We were only looking for a place to be together en famille for one night before Christmas. On entering the hotel (slightly slithery in the snow on the way down to the entrance, be careful), I was immediately struck be the warmth and friendliness of the welcome. It was casual, easy-going and friendly - all smiles and cheer. The rooms were perfectly adequate: spacious and tapestried with a sort of funky medieval battenening, designed to feel like a 3* suit (could have slept three); and beds comfortable. I didn't check to see if there was a mini-bar, but there was a TV (which I didn't switch on). There was was a little balcony which made me wish I still smoked and a small kitchen - in case you wanted to prepare your own food (I didn't). The restaurant offered only the one dish, the special: vegetarians and non-pork eaters beware, although also proposed t-bone steak. We had the roast pork and it was very good, excellent recommendations for Swiss wine (la Petite Arvine) and the Johannisberger was also very good. All in all, an address I wouldn't hesitate to return to.

The host has taken time for each guest and the conversation, she could give us recommendations that we can visit. The hotel has its own indoor hot spring, comfortable and not cold, watching the snow-capped mountains hot springs can be achieved. The only downside is that the location is a bit biased. It takes to the bus stop Diana to have a place to eat and close at 5 o'clock. The hotel can also order food, about 45 Swiss francs per person. Hotel breakfast is OK. Remember to book a hotel car. The hotel must make an appointment one day in advance for the bus terminal. If it is not a self-driving car, I want to push my luggage directly from the station Diana to the hotel. Several large slopes 😂

The hotel waldhaus has the most gorgeous views from my balcony, I love looking out at the mountain peaks and waterfalls right outside the doors that open to the balcony. My friends and I also had dinner twice at their beautiful restaurant and has the most delicious food. I love the foie gras and chateau briand entre 😋 Joshua our host and the lady of the house were very attentive to our needs and made us feel welcome! So happy Macs Adventure booked us in this wonderful hotel! It deserves 5 stars ⭐️

We noticed the following: very nice staff, first-class breakfast with seasonal fruits and cheese from the village, lovely care on site, quietly sleeping and immediately soluble coffee in the room.
