Amazing! This is my favourite hotel to stay at, hands down. I love it here. The hotel restaurant is nothing short of amazing, incredible food, and great service! The rooms are amazing! Super spacious and comfortable! The beds are like floating on a cloud, and the bathroom especially shower is great! We love how we get House robes and get to enjoy a small patio over looking an oasis of palm trees! As well as explore down there to with all the nights, super romantic but also fun for kiddos! Super cool! We plan to travel to Lethbridge just so we can enjoy this hotel. We will be retuning again, and again, and again! :)

The staff at this hotel blew me away. We stayed for several days in July for a baseball tournament and many of the staff went out of their way for us. From moving rooms mid-stay to letting us use a conference room one evening to celebrate after our team won the championship - they went above and beyond and I could not recommend this hotel more for that reason alone. We were there for almost a week and got chances to chat with the housekeeping and maintenance staff now and then; all so lovely. I recommend a room that has exterior windows (not looking into the pool). While is is very convenient to peek in at your kids in the pool, those rooms smell like pool and are humid. We moved to an exterior room and it was lovely. The bathrooms are better too (full bathroom rather than the tub/toilet and vanity split configuration). Thank you Holiday Inn team for making our stay so pleasant and treating us like real valued guests!

Our Hotel Room & Hallway were in need of vacuuming on arrival. Corners of room filthy. The valance over the drapes has a line of dust. There was a wad of black hair in the bathtub. Water pressure was pity full and the drain sluggish and a used washcloth from a previous person’s stay was hanging on the shower curtain/ curtain rod. Hand towel and washcloth had yellow stains on it. The bathroom floor was not clean, in need of a thorough scrubbing and the taps had water stains and counter had hair on it did not look like care was taken in cleaning the bathroom or the room in general. Furniture is old and rickety. Had to straighten a loose table leg before using. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Complementary coffee and tea was a nice touch, although they ran out and could only have 1/2 cup the 2nd morning. The final straw was having to kill a large bug resembling a cockroach on the wall first thing when I awoke the final morning of our stay.

...inconceivable that we should complete our 4 nite stay, you say. You failed to hear me out when I tried to advise that the room was paid in full upon check in w/printed on statement that there were --- NO REFUNDS!!! Brian, you displayed a discriminatory attitude that did not even apply to the issues of this stay - it was something that was in a previous stay (approximately a month ago). Immature and childish to hang up on a guest of your property. If our stay a month previous had been adequate, why shouldn't we expect a decent, clean room --- never mind ALL the other problems that were not even addressed by you, that occurred in this most current stay. Thus, we gave you the benefit of the doubt and enough time and space or rope to hang yourself. Your call, to have this 'dirty laundry' - how apropos! - be aired via this venue. Again, you 'DROPPED THE BALL'

A big thank you to the General Manager (Preet Joan ) who went out of his way to make our stay great. All the staff were friendly and very helpful and could not have done more. The Hotel it self needs up dates especially in the rooms area ( very tattered and worn) the rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job of looking after everything. The Bathroom has upgrades but its very small. The control of the heat was impossible at times and it seemed maintenance could not get it under control. I am sure that in time it will all be fixed. Breakfast was complimentary with the room but it was the same for the 10 days we were there. A change up on the hot breakfast would be nice . Over all the stay was great because of the fabulous staff. Thank you Preet and staff.

Booked a PET FRIENDLY room a week before for the July 1 long weekend. Got confirmation from my email that a room with 2 Queen beds and a NON smoking room was designated for us on the said date. Took advantage of the amazing weather that day and arrive almost midnight of JULY 1. Dead tired and ready to retire but so happy with the day activities only to get the most shocking news of my life as me and my whole family got DENIED for checking in. Reason why????? We have our pet with us a SHIH TZU at first I thought it was a joke! Only to realize that night auditor is giving me a straight face information that he is not allowing us because of our PET. Realizing the gravity of the situation it's midnight and his stupid advice when I ask him on where on earth we are going to sleep that night? His inhumane answer for me is to check around the City of Lethbridge for a hotel that could accommodate us (Heatless human being) . I argue with him to check their own website. THEIR WEBSITE STATES ....... Line 4 on Featured Amenities Clearly states PET FRIENDLY. It was mentioned again on ALL Amenities line 16 the WORDS ” PET FRIENDLY” I was not a born citizen of this country but it's not rocket science nor astro physics on what those phrases means even an elementary school grader can understand that. THEIR HOTEL POLICY ALSO STATES ”2 PETS ALLOWED. So, this night auditor keep on repeating that their hotel is PET FRIENDLY BUT THEY ONLY HAVE 4 (FOUR) rooms only. How on earth can a paying customer like me will find out that they have limited pet friendly rooms. NOTHING ON THIER WEBSITE STATES THAT THEY ONLY GOT 4 ROOMS. Never mentioned on my booking confirmation that NO PETS ALLOWED ON OUR ROOM. This employee next actions defined the true definitions of UNPROFESSIONALISM calling the RCMP and LYING AND MAKING UP A STORY to the police THAT I'M BEING A RACIST to him!!!!!! I was in total shocked when those words came out of his mouth. But took the courage on saying to him infront of the police ” You don't need to LIE! How could be a racist if I myself is also an IMMIGRANT on this great country. I was told by the police to leave the premises Mr.. Police officer didn't even bother asking our sides of the story. REGARDLESS IF I'M RIGHT OR HAVE A POINT we were shooed away like animals. I was sick to my stomach and can't believe the police are being one sided. Shame on you Super 8 Lethbridge for FALSE advertisement. To you Mr. Night Auditor sometimes you need to be a man and learn how to apologize and accept that you are on the wrong. Someday somehow your LIES will catch up with you. I'm hoping you and your love ones will never experienced our nightmare that night.

My spouse and I have stayed at this hotel 2x within the past year. First when we moved out to British Columbia from Ontario, and on the way home to Ontario this year. The hotel is brand new, and we have had 0 issues or complaints in both stays. Both times we checked in, I was welcomed as an IHG Platinum member and given complimentary room upgrades without having to say anything. The staff each time were very friendly, helpful, and pleasant to talk with. The rooms were clean, smelt fresh, and were super comfortable. The blinds keep the sun out too, so it's always a great sleep. The pool was clean, towels provided, and a cool waterside that was fun to use. The gym is basic, and could use some more equipment in it. It's super spacious and I believe more of it could utilitized. I use the gym at every hotel stay for my fitness and other travelers I've talked to at the gym always wish there could be more equipment. The breakfast was tasty, fresh, and there's a great selection of breakfast foods to get. Parking is very open and spacious, so you don't have to worry about people parking close to you. Overall, great hotel and location, and 0 complaints. Definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in the future.

The hotel is in a shopping center in the south of the city, surrounded by Safeway, Walmart, McDonald's is very convenient. There is also a Japanese Gardon nearby that is very good but did not go. The hotel has free parking and an indoor swimming pool. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast sausage egg bread juice yogurt milk fruit. It's good to sleep at night. Disadvantages The air conditioner is loud and affects rest.

This is an older ”L-shaped” two-storey motel, with one arm facing north and the other east. The east facing rooms get direct sun. The air conditioners are on the back of the rooms, with inadequate air circulation to cool the room properly. Our room was initially 85 degrees and it took 6-7 hours to cool down. Rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful, friendly and trying hard. Breakfast was toast, muffins, bagles, cereal, tea, coffee, milk and fruit. The hotel is very conveniently located if you want to visit the Japanese Garden, the baseball diamond, the horseshoe club, the rose garden or the park.

Went to Lethbridge for a wedding. Stayed at the Coast. We had a suite that was very spacious and good amenities. Staff were great and friendly. Mike the front desk person went out of his way to ensure our was comfortable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only minor complaint was difficult in finding parking due to street wheelers which is not the hotels fault as they later sent out staff to ensure only guest parking. We did have a great of the event. Next time we are in Lethbridge we will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing! This is my favourite hotel to stay at, hands down. I love it here. The hotel restaurant is nothing short of amazing, incredible food, and great service! The rooms are amazing! Super spacious and comfortable! The beds are like floating on a cloud, and the bathroom especially shower is great! We love how we get House robes and get to enjoy a small patio over looking an oasis of palm trees! As well as explore down there to with all the nights, super romantic but also fun for kiddos! Super cool! We plan to travel to Lethbridge just so we can enjoy this hotel. We will be retuning again, and again, and again! :)

Our Hotel Room & Hallway were in need of vacuuming on arrival. Corners of room filthy. The valance over the drapes has a line of dust. There was a wad of black hair in the bathtub. Water pressure was pity full and the drain sluggish and a used washcloth from a previous person’s stay was hanging on the shower curtain/ curtain rod. Hand towel and washcloth had yellow stains on it. The bathroom floor was not clean, in need of a thorough scrubbing and the taps had water stains and counter had hair on it did not look like care was taken in cleaning the bathroom or the room in general. Furniture is old and rickety. Had to straighten a loose table leg before using. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Complementary coffee and tea was a nice touch, although they ran out and could only have 1/2 cup the 2nd morning. The final straw was having to kill a large bug resembling a cockroach on the wall first thing when I awoke the final morning of our stay.

Went to Lethbridge for a wedding. Stayed at the Coast. We had a suite that was very spacious and good amenities. Staff were great and friendly. Mike the front desk person went out of his way to ensure our was comfortable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only minor complaint was difficult in finding parking due to street wheelers which is not the hotels fault as they later sent out staff to ensure only guest parking. We did have a great of the event. Next time we are in Lethbridge we will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Booked a PET FRIENDLY room a week before for the July 1 long weekend. Got confirmation from my email that a room with 2 Queen beds and a NON smoking room was designated for us on the said date. Took advantage of the amazing weather that day and arrive almost midnight of JULY 1. Dead tired and ready to retire but so happy with the day activities only to get the most shocking news of my life as me and my whole family got DENIED for checking in. Reason why????? We have our pet with us a SHIH TZU at first I thought it was a joke! Only to realize that night auditor is giving me a straight face information that he is not allowing us because of our PET. Realizing the gravity of the situation it's midnight and his stupid advice when I ask him on where on earth we are going to sleep that night? His inhumane answer for me is to check around the City of Lethbridge for a hotel that could accommodate us (Heatless human being) . I argue with him to check their own website. THEIR WEBSITE STATES ....... Line 4 on Featured Amenities Clearly states PET FRIENDLY. It was mentioned again on ALL Amenities line 16 the WORDS ” PET FRIENDLY” I was not a born citizen of this country but it's not rocket science nor astro physics on what those phrases means even an elementary school grader can understand that. THEIR HOTEL POLICY ALSO STATES ”2 PETS ALLOWED. So, this night auditor keep on repeating that their hotel is PET FRIENDLY BUT THEY ONLY HAVE 4 (FOUR) rooms only. How on earth can a paying customer like me will find out that they have limited pet friendly rooms. NOTHING ON THIER WEBSITE STATES THAT THEY ONLY GOT 4 ROOMS. Never mentioned on my booking confirmation that NO PETS ALLOWED ON OUR ROOM. This employee next actions defined the true definitions of UNPROFESSIONALISM calling the RCMP and LYING AND MAKING UP A STORY to the police THAT I'M BEING A RACIST to him!!!!!! I was in total shocked when those words came out of his mouth. But took the courage on saying to him infront of the police ” You don't need to LIE! How could be a racist if I myself is also an IMMIGRANT on this great country. I was told by the police to leave the premises Mr.. Police officer didn't even bother asking our sides of the story. REGARDLESS IF I'M RIGHT OR HAVE A POINT we were shooed away like animals. I was sick to my stomach and can't believe the police are being one sided. Shame on you Super 8 Lethbridge for FALSE advertisement. To you Mr. Night Auditor sometimes you need to be a man and learn how to apologize and accept that you are on the wrong. Someday somehow your LIES will catch up with you. I'm hoping you and your love ones will never experienced our nightmare that night.

A big thank you to the General Manager (Preet Joan ) who went out of his way to make our stay great. All the staff were friendly and very helpful and could not have done more. The Hotel it self needs up dates especially in the rooms area ( very tattered and worn) the rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job of looking after everything. The Bathroom has upgrades but its very small. The control of the heat was impossible at times and it seemed maintenance could not get it under control. I am sure that in time it will all be fixed. Breakfast was complimentary with the room but it was the same for the 10 days we were there. A change up on the hot breakfast would be nice . Over all the stay was great because of the fabulous staff. Thank you Preet and staff.

This is an older ”L-shaped” two-storey motel, with one arm facing north and the other east. The east facing rooms get direct sun. The air conditioners are on the back of the rooms, with inadequate air circulation to cool the room properly. Our room was initially 85 degrees and it took 6-7 hours to cool down. Rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful, friendly and trying hard. Breakfast was toast, muffins, bagles, cereal, tea, coffee, milk and fruit. The hotel is very conveniently located if you want to visit the Japanese Garden, the baseball diamond, the horseshoe club, the rose garden or the park.

The hotel is in a shopping center in the south of the city, surrounded by Safeway, Walmart, McDonald's is very convenient. There is also a Japanese Gardon nearby that is very good but did not go. The hotel has free parking and an indoor swimming pool. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast sausage egg bread juice yogurt milk fruit. It's good to sleep at night. Disadvantages The air conditioner is loud and affects rest.

Not a five star but clean. Dogs are free and we just needed a place to put our heads down. Free breakfast, cereal and toast, coffee/tea juices. I preferred to walk across the street to Starbucks. Friendly staff, very inexpensive place to stay, great location central on Mayor Magrath close to Japanese Gardens, Henderson Lake Park and Golf Course lots of restaurants close by.
