"The only positive thing about this hotel is its building. Only one person, who was effective, thank goodness, at reception, managing four entrances. The room is large but you can see the passage of time. Plaster from a window that also closed badly fell on one of the tables (photo). The chair at that table had its upholstery peeled off (photo). Only two tissues in the dispenser. The waste bin in the bathroom is pressed with the foot to open it and the lid flies off. The soap dispensers do not work well and very little soap comes out each time you press it. The parking lot is in a lot that is accessed by two flights of stairs without an elevator plus a few meters of walking without any "attraction". The cistern drain was stuck and had to be corrected to avoid wasting water. All this was said at reception when we checked out. We only stayed one night, fortunately."

Hotel MyPalace León

"Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in Superior room, without breakfast. In terms of value for money i was satisfied but it should be said that the room feels small, and i think that it would not be comfortable for a couple. The gym is not a gym for anything beside cardio and only if there are a few guests at the same time. While i was there, i told the staff that the AC in the gym is not working, and it was not fixed for several days so it was boiling there (near the sauna). The hotel can also do small things that can make the feeling much better, like have proper cups for hot beverages and not foam disposable cups and upgrade the coffee machines so you could make more than one cup of tea each time. Location is good for me, because i used public transportation to hike near by. Its also fairly close to a good branch of Supermercado (10 minutes walk) and a huge branch of Carefour (about 20 minutes walk)."
