Brera Serviced Apartments Leipzig

I'm torn on what to rate this because it delivered on what it promised, but I did not enjoy my stay. I got unlucky in that I arrived, in the rain, on a Tuesday in March which meant no-one was in house to welcome me. If you have used the hotelbird app before or regularly stay in accommodation where you check yourself in and out then it is probably what you expect, but I did not like the lack of interaction and having to read a 6-instruction manual and, call a number and get put on hold just to get through the front door. I stayed in a "comfy" apartment. It wouldn't surprise me if this is rebranded student accommodation, it is bland aesthetically. The kitchen equipment I must say is very good, I happily cooked myself a small meal and just had to pop the equipment in the dishwasher that evening. I think the TV is in a bad place, at a weird angle from the dining table, and that it would be better facing the bed. Currently, there is a mirror facing the bed, which if you like that sort of thing then enjoy yourself but I found it weird. Also, the place could do with a suitcase stand. If your first priority in leipzig is to stay somewhere cheap or somewhere with a kitchen then I think this is a great option, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

Home away from Home. It felt really like home coming back from work. Thank you for the hospitality, especially Susi, Marie, Reception staff, and the housekeeping woman as well. Very helpful, always friendly and supportive when you need something.

The apartment is really clean. It is very well designed and quiet. I stayed in this apartment for a month, and have decided to stay for a longer time. It is first because of kind / cooperative staff members and I could feel that they were really looking after me during my stays. For my next business trip, I am again willing to stay here.

Everything was perfect. The condition of the apartment was flawless. They have paid attention to every little details. Susanne was realy nice and kind. She helped me with everything. The kitchen was well equipped for me who cooked once or twice a week. I realy recommending this place.

Totally the best place to stay for long and short stay. Near to mostly everything, friendly staff especially Susi and Marie. They help you with everything you need. Would recommend this serviced apartment and hopefully will come back soon and stay at Brera Leipzig. A big thank you to Susi and Marie. Keep up the good work.

This is the worst apartment that we have ever stayed in. It is directly above a nightclub and the noise from directly beneath the apartment continues until 04.30. There is considerable noise outside the windows too. Brera claim that this is to be expected as they market the apartment as a 'city centre location'. There is no service for the apartment - 3 mean tea bags, 1 small bottle of shampoo and shower gel for two people for three days. Over a long weekend there was no service in the apartment despite charging a premium for the weekend. Unless you speak German check in is a nightmare and we had to ask for help. There are many lovely city based apartments and this is definitely not one of them.

We had an amazing experience at Brera Leipzig the past 4 months. Totally recommend. The apartment is great and has everything you need specially the fully equipped kitchen. There is no washing machine in the apartment but you can use the the ones in the washroom for a good price. The location is also great, it was close to everything we needed. Many thanks to the hosts who've eased our move to Germany starting from the booking process and everything we needed after that. We even had a problem with our card payments before arriving in Germany and they were very patient and flexible to work out other options.

Apartment was spacious, clean and with all amenities. Location was perfect in the city centre. Staff were impeccable. Susanne and Maria ensured I was comfortable throughout my stay, and the welcome card and snacks on arrival was a nice touch. You felt at home and that you were being looked after.

A beautiful experience lived with my family in the Brera complex. We will come back anytimeA beautiful experience with my family living in the Brera apartment company, we benefited from a large, modern and clean apartment located in the city center with a generous balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. We will gladly return to Brera anytime.
