Het is gelegen aan een rustige weg nabij de ring, centrum op loopafstand. Onze kamer was in het sousterrain naast het terras van het bovengelegen restaurant. Het complex had ook een café, maar het terras sloot na tienen zodat de nachtrust niet verstoord werd. De ontvangst was gemoedelijk en vriendelijk, de studio ruim met goede kookfaciliteiten, waarbij een koekepan helaas ontbrak. Een mooi plekje om een aantal dagen als uitvalsbasis te gebruiken bij een bezoek aan Leipzig.

It is an easy 10 to 15 minute walk to the old part of town which was good. we were quite happy with our accommodations. Good value for price. Would stay there again.

We liked very much its position besides the very centre of the Town. The flat we occupied was clean, lovely, carefully furnished and quite comfortable. A charming place.The restaurant, at the ground floor, inside the building, is available for breakfast as well as for lunch and dinner. It's absolutely gourmet and to be reccommended. Staff always available and very kind. The only drawback Is that It Is always full and you need to book It well in advance.

This place is really well located, less than 1 km from center of Leipzig and we appreciated this. Room was spacious and clean, but we missed that bath and restroom was on the hall way. First rest room did not work proper but there were 2 on each floor so we could use the other. Still we slept quite bad as there were some noise every time somebody went to the bath room during the night. We are probably too old for a place like this but if you do. It mind and is looking for at cheap place to it is ok.

Only used for a one night stop over stay before driving on. Lovely little hotel and very warmly welcomed by the proprietor. Well worth staying here, the room was spacious and met our needs.
No elevator, be prepared for the stairs - but the room and location outway this issue.

A funky old building chopped up into rooms and suites. Still a work in progress - but over all good! Lack of small niceties in the rooms like coffee (although there was a coffee maker).

Stayed here for one night on my way to Prague with my parents and my sister, you can walk from hauptbahnhof through the city center and be there in 15-20 minutes. The attention was excellent, the staff were nice. The apartment was really big to our surprise, with a fully renovated kitchen and bathroom, and nice bedrooms. For the price I don’t think it can get any better and it’s the perfect place to stay in Leipzig. Would 100% recommend and will stay there if I come to Leipzig again!

Liked the in house restaurant food and ambiance. Liked the friendly and helpful staff.
Didn't like the lack of bathroom amenities and insufficient kitchen supplies (e.g. no baking pan or pot holder for the oven).
