Great place for a night’s stopover. Great location, just off the motorway and easy access to Leeds city centre. Clean and comfortable hotel with good amenities. Online check in makes things so much easier without queuing on arrival, all round a good place to stop

You have to ask for a room Dean for multiple nights. Not advised to do this on check in, poster advising Thai not visible, signs to hang on door handle on room asking for this not visible. Travelled with two infants, told nothing to could do for room clean that day therefore piles of nappies … won’t stay again. Too low standard for what was Ramada standard historically. Disappointing.

This is a very good 'budget' hotel conveniently located for Leeds and the M1. Rooms are a good size with a comfortable bed and the bathroom has a decent shower.
The hotel and the room are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The only (minor) negative is that the lighting in the room could be a bit brighter.
Overall a great place to stay

I stay here regularly, convenient being in the services and having a good selection of food. Rooms are modern and in good condition. Bed comfy.

The restroom design is poor, making water spill everywhere when showering.
Overall ok except the poor restroom

What a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptional. One young lady stuck out. CAITLIN. What an absolute delight she was. As was the other reception staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was lovely and comfortable

ON ARRIVAL AT HOTEL, ORDERED DRINKS AT THE BAR THERE WAS NOBOBY OTHER THAN US 3 GUESTS IN ANY OF THE SEATED AREAS.
WE SAT DOWN AT A TABLE COVERED ALL OVER WITH STICKY DRINK RESIDUE, WENT OVER TO OTHER TABLES ALL THE SAME NOT BEEN WIPED CLEAN.
BOTH MORNINGS FOR BREAKFAST AT DIFFERENT TIMES, TABLES FULL OF FINISHED BREAKFAST PLATES/CUPS/ CUTLERY ETC, TABLES WHICH WHERE CLEAR OF PLATES/CUPS/CUTLERY ETC HAD NOT BEEN WIPED CLEAN.
VARIOUS CUSTOMERS ASKING FOR TABLES TO BE CLEARED, STAFF CLEARING TABLES WHERE NOT WIPING TABLES.
CUSTOMERS HAVING TO ASK STAFF TO WIPE TABLES PRIOR TO BEING SEATED AND HAVING BREAKFAST.
