"The checkin was frustrating, we had to wait in line and couldn’t check in because I couldn’t find my license which was no fault of theirs however once we found it we got back in line to check in and was told that the room was not ready so we walk out of line and received a text that the room was ready so we had to go and wait in line agaiin. We requested ground floor close to elevator because of issues. We realize that requests are not guaranteed but 4th floor way down the hall? This was our third stay with no previous issues We will not return to this hotel."

"We stayed here because of a problem with another hotel, and after having stayed at several in the same chain, we were disappointed. The bathroom was dusty and moldy; the carpet hadn't been vacuumed, and when we put our suitcase down, an enormous cloud of dust billowed out. Breakfast was impossible; we had to eat out."

"My husband and I stayed for the weekend and it was fantastic!! The lodge was great but the food was spectacular!! We never left and we ended up eating there Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday brunch. The staff was amazing!!! What a gem. We will be back . Shout out to Phil, Tyler and Paige. Truly wonderful at what they do and made us feel like we’ve known them forever."
