This hotel is located in a prime location in manado where you can easily find many restaurants and shopping centers. the room is not sound proof. I stayed in the upper floor but yet I still can hear traffic sound and music from the surrounding bars. Room is clean and the service is good. I’ve to mention they serve the same breakfast every day and it was so crowded during the eid holiday. One minus point for breakfast. Overall, a nice hotel in manado.

The food in this hotel are great ! Start from the room we got room facing totl the sea, so we can enjoy the sunset 🥰, than for the food are great aswell, lot of choice with local food and bread , fruit. And for The staff so friendly aswell.

This hotel is very cost-effective. The hotel area is very large. There is a standard 18-hole golf factory, the scenery is particularly beautiful, and there are 6 holes and sea views. There are also hotels with their own seaside, where you can have charcoal barbecues on the beach at night. But there are few things prepared in the restaurant. Nothing tastes good.

im stay here with my family. i stay for 3 night. beautiful hotel, big swimming pool. but this hotel management should to pay more attantion with this point : - u have to training ur staff, how to to work on Front Office. more careful, smile and friendly! - when we enter the room, the room is very dirty. the staff give us the weong room. - when check in i already ask for extra bed.. they said will prepare the extra bed. i make 3 call only for this extra bed. first call, the man said “make sure the room” second ” on the way” and third “8-9 ago the extra bed already send to the room” bit we havent receivevthe extra bed. that time, we realy tired and we have flight in the early morning. hotel side is really bad for the service. - the room floor is leaking..

It is well located in the city center with amazing views if you book top floors and ask for the sew view. It has a bathtub, a fridge and friendly reception service. The hot water can be more like lukewarm rather than hot, but still ok. Some people might find the AC not cold or strong enough but it was good for me.

Manado stayed in the most satisfied one of the three hotels, which is much better than the Sheraton. Facilities: The hotel is very new, and the facilities are also very new. There is a usb port at the head of the bed, the socket does not need an adapter, and a hair dryer is missing. Environment: The hotel is surrounded by the old city. Take a taxi to the beach for two or three kilometers, and the hotel can also see the sea. Service: The service is very good, because I had an early flight the next day, I told the front desk in advance to bring bread.

Tanya kolam buka jam berapa, ternyata buka nya jam 1, request seperti biasa agar bisa berenanh jam 2, alhamdulillah manajernya bisa mengerti kebutuhan tamu seperti saya yang menganggap renang merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang penting bila menginap di โรงแรม. Saya esok pagi di suruh โทรกลับ bila akan ว่ายน้ํา. สระว่ายน้ําค่อนข้างยาว ประมาณ 30 meteran panjangnya dan ada kolam kecil nya juga, kaprit nya tidak รู้สึกมากนัก dengan kondisi น้ําใสสะอาด. ภายในสระน้ําประมาณ 1.3 เมตร แบนทั้งหมด

If this hotel is located in the city center of Manado perhaps The Sentra Hotel gonna compete with the other 5-star-rated hotel First thought, cause the room is so spacious and also there’s a balcony for each room and that a good thing to enjoy the view outside And the food was tasteful all of that, We’re staying for 2 days and the food in this hotel is good as we expecting And last, we’ve never thought of any welcoming guest like this but Thank you The Sentra Hotel for this sweet gesture❤️

The equipment is old but the room is big. Hygiene was not very satisfactory at the beginning, but it was dealt with quickly after the reaction. very satisfied.
