De deur van de toiletten is geland. Hij werd gekickt en vernietigd. Het water in het zwembad is bleek en gevaarlijk. De wasmachine zou binnen ongeveer 40 minuten moeten worden afgerond, maar het duurde ongeveer zes uur, en ik heb twee keer in de nacht gekeken en twee keer gegaan. Toen ik het receptiebureau vertelde, zeiden ze dat het geen fout was. Ik denk dat ik daar nooit meer zal blijven."
