Mr Bijoy, and ***agers Ajay and Bijay were very helpful. They fulfilled our requirements. We had buffet and got variety of foods. The food quality was very good as well and the deserts were yum. The staff was friendly. Overall good experience and worth the money.

It was an awesome experience....... the food was good and the melodious songs added to the beauty....................................... .......will love to come again. The staff (Ritu, Rubina and Ravi) were very courteous. Thanks🙂🙂

We went with family for dinner. Initially we were told that Ala carte was not available but later they said it is. Food is good. Service was excellent, Mr. Bijoy made sure of that. Veg options should be more. Veg Biryani was not up to the mark. I like the service of the staff.

Mr Ajay Kalaji provide us excellent buffet service. Food and prices are also economic. We have enjoyed alot. Kids also enjoyed. Sitting space need to improve. All Staffs are polite and helpful. Will come soon. And definetlt recommended to other friends also

Firstly they expect a lot of cash transactions for which they do not provide receipts. They say “ we are also making lot of payments in cash “. The worst part is cheating NG on various charges. When I was checking out , they de***ded cost of extra breakfast 25 nos by the concerned person Mr Anand. I de***ded list of all people who had breakfast. I was made to wait for 1 hour 45 minutes and then they could not provide any proof and told me finally to go without making any extra payment. Same way they indulge into extra charging on buffet. My person caught them taking away some plates to increase plate count. Present GM Mr Parihar is a very stubborn person and does not cooperate for any issues. It seems he is just a puppet and no subordinate listens to him. Horrible experience. I suggest nobody should ever go for this hotel. Pramod Kumar
