庫車天緣酒店屬於國營大型酒店，酒店環境優雅，優質的服務質量得到我們廣大客户的稱讚和認可，值得一提的是客房服務員劉雨秀女士，該服務員熱情大方服務周到，讓人真正能感受到賓至如歸，下次若有幸再來庫車，天緣酒店是我不二的之選。

這是一次很不錯的"旅行"哦，因最近我和老公都較於忙碌，就想的好好放鬆下😁來到酒店很不錯，大廳裏的迎賓是個帥氣的維族小夥很熱情的帶我們到前台。在辦理入住時，因沒帶身份證，前台的小姐姐很耐心的講了怎麼手機操作出示電子身份證，講話温柔，給人心情也好。到達房間一進門感覺房間好大，光線也足，衞生也挺乾淨的。很滿意這次的入住，會再來光顧，繼續保持哦！

非常滿意的一次入住！首先酒店環境是我個人非常喜歡的，可能正好季節趕得好，樹木都綠了，看起來鬱鬱葱葱的，非常愜意！其次酒店房間很大很寬敞，窗户也很大，光線充足，被子的厚度和這個季節的適配度剛剛好，房間的衞生也很乾凈，我是有點兒潔癖的人，但對房間的衞生也是很滿意，唯一的小插曲是我沒有找到房間的吹風機，於是就打電話詢問，這裏要特別感謝接電話的服務員王玲麗，她非常耐心的給我講了地方，當我還是找不到的時候她立即安排服務員過來幫助我，讓我能快速的把頭髮吹乾！總之，我對這次的入住感到非常愉快，下次來庫車，還會選擇這家酒店！

非常好的一次入住體驗，酒店裝修很大氣，房間乾淨整潔，前台和客房服務員都很熱情，正好趕上生生理期，客房大姐看出我的不適，主動為我送了紅糖水，真的很感謝，在異地能感受到這麼温暖的服務很貼心！
