Hotels in Tongde Kunming Shopping Center, Kunming

I am convinced one won't go wrong with any of Atour chain of hotels. This time I stayed in their 'Light' chain. I was told rooms are smaller and they cater to younger guests as compared to their regular hotels. But the Light ones are equally comfortable. Curtains are also with remote control, huge TV sets as usual, complimentary late night porridge, laundry room with 3 sets of washers and dryers. One staff offered to do my laundry when he saw that all the washers were occupied. A mini gym attached with the laundry room. Get a workout whilst doing one's laundry. Staff are so helpful and kind. They kept reminding me to let them know if I face any issues.

The check in process was efficient and the young lady at the reception was helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the room we were given had a garbage bag with durian shell behind the door and it looked like the floor hadn’t been cleaned properly. We were given another room. The bathroom was clean but again, the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Still hair on the floor, the carpet had crumps on it, the coffee table oily residue from someone’s meal. So, I’m sorry to say, I was disappointed.

細節見品質這句話真的是一點都沒錯，他們家酒店雖然價格不貴，但是看得出來老闆是花了些心思在如何提升客人入住體驗這方面的，先不説洗浴用品皆為大牌，大瓶裝的沐浴露放在那裡就是沒有不夠用的焦慮，一把小小的牙刷都好用到必須拿出來講一講，不管是成人的還是小童的，刷毛軟硬適中，非常好用！不是那種用了就會掉毛的便宜貨！推薦入住！

Voor het eerst kwam ik naar Kunming en boekte ik dit hotel. De kamer is super groot, het geluid is ook goed, de rust is ook goed, het omringende met eetgemak en de receptiepersoneel is gezellig. Het voelt goed in het algemeen. Ik hoop dat u weer opnieuw kunt beginnen.

酒店服務熱情周到，給人賓至如歸的感覺。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，睡得很好。地理位置優越，交通方便，出行很方便，價格合理，性價比高，物超所值，酒店提供的額外服務貼心周到，讓人感到很貼心。衞生情況很好，保持得很乾凈，酒店床鋪舒適柔軟，讓人身心得到放鬆。酒店提供的洗漱用品質量很好，停車方便，有充足的停車位。

在同德廣場我住過好多家，可以説是最好的一家！房間乾淨衞生，位置在市中心同德廣場上，交通非常方便，關鍵是房間很漂亮呀，很多小細節特別精緻，拍照絕絕子啦！房東小姐姐很好説話，密碼鎖入住很方便。

超級不錯的一次入住體驗！！！工作人員很熱情，房間住起來超級舒服，前台人員響應很及時，房間很明亮視野很好，距離好玩的好吃的地方也很近。強推！！！下次還來住這家！

The overall experience of Shengxu Film and Television Hotel is superb and highly recommended! The sanitation in the store is particularly in place, the public areas are clean and tidy, the rooms are clean and meticulous, the bedding is white and soft, the bathroom is clean and odorless, every corner is clean and tidy, and the stay is particularly comfortable. The room is spacious and atmospheric, the layout is transparent, the range of activities is large, and the living is not crowded at all. Deze keer nam ik mijn gezin mee op reis, en de kingsize kamer in dit hotel was absoluut fantastisch! De kamer was ruim en comfortabel, en ons gezin van drie voelde zich er helemaal thuis. Het meest fantastische was het uitzicht vanaf de 35e verdieping – het was werkelijk fantastisch! Toen ik de gordijnen opende, zag ik een weids uitzicht. Overdag kon ik de bruisende stad en het landschap daarachter zien. 's Avonds, toen de lichten aangingen, was het nog adembenemender. Het was ongelooflijk gezellig om met mijn gezin in de kamer te knuffelen en van het nachtelijke uitzicht te genieten. De algehele ervaring was fantastisch en de locatie was gunstig. Ik kies dit hotel zeker weer de volgende keer dat ik met mijn gezin kom!
