We booked a "Queen Room" for 4 nights which we can absolutely recommend. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in went smoothly without much ado. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. It's easy to get around by taxi from there, whether you want to go to one of the shopping malls or out to the airport. We can't comment on the facilities or the food as we didn't use them/eat at the hotel. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures when we first walked in. These photos are from when we had been there for 2 days already.

很舒服的酒店！和全季住起來差不多～設施啥的都很乾凈，洗手液、洗髮水、沐浴露也挺好聞的。留下了很好的印象。前台工作人員服務態度也特別好！！！雖説每次去的時候人都不一樣。還能洗衣服，對旅遊的人很友好。

200多，住到了沒有裝修的房型，設施老舊，點熱水器洗十多分鐘就沒有熱水了。

酒店很好,前台辦入住很快,服務態度也很好，進出都問好很親切。還給倒了茶水，辦完入住還給我送到房間,房間空間很大，床品也舒服，設施齊全。周邊吃的逛的也挺方便，離酒店比較近的還有圓通山動物園和翠湖公園，總之很棒的一次入住體驗，離店還辦了他們家會員卡，下次來他家還是我的不二之選。
