"We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Hotel Arte! De locatie is fantastisch, het ontbijt was gevarieerd en heerlijk. Het hotel was erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, met een terras, sauna en fitnesscentrum. Het personeel was altijd erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. We waren helemaal tevreden."

"Wij hadden een kamer van 4. De ruimte was op zich groot genoeg maar heel ouderwets en afgeleefd. De badkamer was niet proper, de deur van de douchecel was stuk, het badkamer meubel was volledig versleten. Het hotel geeft aan dat er parkeerplaatsen zijn maar die zijn wel ver uit de buurt van het hotel. Het personeel is niet echt betrokken. Bij aankomst geen vriendelijke verwelkoming en idem dito bij vertrek. Dit is toch allemaal jammer want het is een mooie locatie en het hotel heeft veel potentieel."

"Alles klopte gewoon, van te voren goed op de hoogte gesteld. En bij aankomst enorm keurig geholpen, kamer is perfect met een grote badkamer en een grote levensruimte. Ik kan dit aanbevelen aan iedereen die net als ons op doorreis is naar Italie maar ook om langer te blijven. Omgeving is ook top!"

"Hotel is super clean, and its Location is super nice. No AC in the room, they provide a fan that helps during summer. Amenities are really good. They don’t have laundry service, which is not helpful if you have longer stay, and as this is a small city, closest laundry opens at 8 and coises at 13… I also missed an iron at the room, as I was there to work. Breakfast team is super lovely, but it was same during my entire stay. So recommend you to buy something different in the nearest market in case you want something different."

"We have booked a apartment with kitchen twice in writing, which has been confirmed. On site, however, we received a lively, unclean hotel room without kitchen (smutual floors, unused water cookers). The reception was little helpful and not understandable. We were promised an appropriate apartment for the next day, the next day they wanted nothing more to know about it (received). After a long time, we finally got a very small, slightly furnished “flat”. The kitchen was hardly useable, there was no proper table and no chairs, food was practically found in the passage area instead – from our view no real apartment. At the check-out we wanted to first pay the full amount. Only after consultation was granted a price reduction. Additional costs for outdoor food, arising from the lack of cooking area, were not reimbursed. The handling of the staff was unfriendly. In addition, our dog was charged € 15 per night, although the written offer showed € 10. The difference was refunded upon request. Concluded: Deviation from booking, poor communication and incorrect settlement. No recommendation."

"Absolutely great surprise. Location might be not very good, but the hotel is amazing - clean, modern and welcoming. The restaurant and the food.....superb. Very friendly and nice staff. A place to relax. "
