Na iedere dag een consult bij de arts krijg je de behandeling die je precies nodig hebt. Kortom, tot volgend jaar!"

"We had a great stay with Abad harmonia. All the staffs are very supportive.. Good ambiance Nice rooms Tasty food .. Super clean rooms. Our friends from germany also enjoyed there. We done Ayurvedic massage, it was excellent and the rate was cheap. Breakfast are nice but expecting more dishes to be added in the menu. Walking distance to Aazhimala beach and Siva temple. Overall me and family ate enjoyed."

"Booked at ideal but placed in Gods own country resort across the road. This wasnt an issue as we just walked across for breakfast. Varied ndian buffet as much as you want, fresh fruit and drinks,toast, eggs of every variation on offer. Friendly and attentive staff. Hotel lovely setting. Room rather dated and could definitely do with a spruce up but roomy and clean. Had to ask for room to be cleaned a couple of times. Fridge in room. A/C and fan. No kettle but quickly supplied one on request. We do like our early mornng cuppa! Lovely pool. Clean and quiet no issue with sunbeds. We did not have any treatments.. This is a vegetarian non alcoholic hotel so you will have to go to lighthouse or Kovalam beach for either. Shops and one restaurant local again no alcohol. As long as not too obvious alcohol can be purchased and brought back to rooms. Restaurant will sell to you at beaches. Also be aware cannot use uber and have to use the local drivrs from hotel and from the beaches. We had to use hotel car to take us to the airport but not expensive 13000 inr. Otherwise no issue. Use Uber where you can as a lot cheaper. Overall good value for money. Enjoy."

"Ik heb een prachtige tijd gehad bij Anandalakshmi. Vanaf het moment dat ik aankwam voelde ik een rustige, zachte energie die door heel het retreat heen aanwezig bleef. De locatie is adembenemend mooi: uitzicht op de oceaan, veel groen en overal kleine plekjes waar je even kunt zitten, ademen en gewoon zijn. De kamers zijn lekker ruim, comfortabel en van alle benodigdheden voorzien. Je merkt dat er echt is nagedacht over wat je nodig hebt om tot rust te komen. Alles voelt schoon, licht en uitnodigend. Het personeel is ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam, oprecht warm en met aandacht voor elke gast. De maaltijden waren elke dag een feest: vers, smaakvol, Ayurvedisch afgestemd en met zoveel zorg bereid. De yoga- en meditatiesessies waren diepgaand zonder zwaar te worden. De docenten begeleiden met zachtheid en kennis, waardoor je je als deelnemer gedragen voelt. Het hele programma is perfect in balans: rust, groei, stilte en inspiratie. Wat deze plek vooral bijzonder maakt, is de sfeer van authenticiteit. Geen commerciële vibe, geen gedoe. Alleen echte aandacht, ruimte om te helen en de kans om weer in contact te komen met jezelf. Ik verliet Anandalakshmi met een lichter lichaam, een rustiger hoofd en een hart dat net iets voller was dan toen ik aankwam. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die een retreat zoekt dat zowel ontspannend als transformerend is."
