"Not at all worth to go dhring peak season as what you get for the price paid is just so disappointing.Room are okayish..Food is bad..Restuarant space is so like road side dhaba style.Only the exterior view is good.Swimming póol was dirty with full of insect and dirt.Water prk was fully over crowded with outside school trip people.So your money is in drain during holidays nd season.Moreover very far around 1 hr distance frm main hampi sight seeing side.This side there is nothing worth seeing to stay in this part.You are stuck with food which is not appetising."

Gloomy ambience. It is a near to train track unable to sleep. Towel bedsheet not cleaned. Otherwise guys don't book this hotel at all."

The only concern is no parking for vehichles within the hotel premises. As we have to park outside and that too very limited space for only 4 vehicles. Thats the reason i have rated it 4. ."

"Voorzichtigheid: Dot maakt een fout door te plannen om te blijven en later bedanken. Dit is een verschrikkelijke plek met een negatieve vibratie en oncultuurde eigenaren en personeel. De plek ruikt vreselijk met veel honden rond het eten gebied. Gezin is een onveilige, verdovende omgeving. Ik moest het huis onmiddellijk na de formaliteiten en voordat ik naar de kamer ging. Mijn familie voelde zich gevangen in een gevlekte omgeving. Eigenaren en personeel spreken gierig taal en geeft niet om smaak en hun ervaring. "Kishkands resort is I must say a great place to stay when in hampi, it is some 20 odd kms from hampi old city and is located on other side of tungabhadra river. Resort has nice facilities, a huge lawn , lots of cottages , excellent food, great service and helping staff. Most of staff are locals with very little or no knowledge of Hindi or English but they will try to help you. There is a attached water park also. Overall a very nice place to stay."
