各方面來説都很難給好評。
隔音約等於沒有，隔壁洗手間抽捲紙的聲音都能聽到你能信？開門關門，其他客人的講話聲笑聲，我沒有連續睡着一個小時，不時就被吵醒，直到晚上3點半以後……
在斜坡上，標識不明顯，找了好久，問了當地餐飲店員也不知道，好心陪我一起找的。
餐食亂七八糟，絕對不要訂。
沒有瓶裝水，給個瓶子你自己下樓裝，附近也沒有便利店所以沒辦法
至於訂的含餐去到店家説是不包餐的，要吃就要另付就是另一個故事了（很後悔，因為真的難吃，早知道自己下去温泉街的其他餐廳）。店家覺得虧了可以取消訂單，幾個月一直不説，等當天我走了很長的上坡路去到才説，當天已經不好訂鎮裏的其他旅館了，真的很難評！但攜程客服處理態度和速度都很好

有馬温泉駅から少し歩き、看板がなくウロウロしましたが、
スタッフさんはとても丁寧で部屋もとても綺麗でした。温泉2回分のチケットももらえて週末価格でこのお値段はお得でした。

お盆期間中、淡路島に行く際に近隣ホテルが空いてなく
少し遠方ですが、こちらに2日間宿泊しました。
有馬温泉街にあるので、立地はとてもよく
駐車場も近くにあり、無料で貸していただけるので
車で行く人にはありがたいです！！
チェックイン時間の20時を超えてしまい
22時のチェックインになってしまいましたが、
事前に連絡をいれておりスタッフさんは
嫌な顔せず対応してくださいました！
感謝致します。。。
部屋にトイレや、洗面所、お風呂がないのは
やはりかなり不便に感じましたが
立地の割に値段設定が低いので致し方ないですね。。
2日間ありがとうございました。

The location is perfect, between kin no yu and gin no yu hot springs. There are good restaurants nearby and the hotel’s breakfast is very good. Excellent for a relaxing time.

The staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations for dinner, breakfast, and nearby spots. A little disappointing is that it is not a hotel, so there is no toilet or hand washing place in each room, and you need to use it in the shared space. The room may feel small. However, the city is small, so I would like to use it again near the outdoor bath and places to eat. Overall evaluation is ★★★★.

You will not have your own bathroom in the room. No onsen in the hotel. Don’t do the dinner. Breakfast was ok.

非常整潔，理想的休息環境。房間很大。職員服務好。價錢合理。
在購物點附近，距離金之湯銀之湯極近。
唯獨房間內沒有廁所浴室，要到房外廁所。但也十分方便。

駐車場も、月極駐車場あり、良かったです。何と言ってもお料理が美味しい。スタッフが居なくなりますが、特に問題はありません。
