"This hotel leaves nothing to be desired! The suite was very spacious, exceptionally well-maintained and clean, and beautifully furnished. The view of the Austrian Alps is simply the icing on the cake. The lighting, the Do Not Disturb function, and room cleaning requests can all be centrally controlled via a tablet. The spa is impressively large, and we were particularly impressed by the sauna area. The Eichenheim restaurant is the perfect place to end the evening with a Wiener Schnitzel or a steak cooked on a hot stone. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. All in all, the perfect location, whether for a weekend trip or a longer stay. We will definitely be back!"

"Ik ben net terug van onze skireis naar Kitzbuhel en ik voelde dat ik een beoordeling moest achterlaten. De mensen in dit hotel zijn prachtig. Het heeft een echt gezin gevoel voor het, het ontbijt is prachtig en alles zeer vers en organisch. We hadden hier ook een paar avondmaals eten en alle zeer mooie en uitstekende service. De hotelbar is ook geweldig. De kamers voelden zich zeer modern, ruime en comfortabel, de badkamers ook fatsoenlijk. Geweldige locatie, we huurden skilopers op door de gondola zodat we kunnen lopen en lopen in onze trainers. De stad is uitstekend, zo veel lopen en absoluut mooi. Ik zou dit hotel aan iedereen aanbevelen."

"I was here this past weekend with friends for four nights. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anybody looking to come to Kitzbuhel. From the time we arrived to the time we left all staff were gracious, welcoming, and happy to see us. We particuarly liked Timae, as others have noted. She was fabulous in the bar and made sure we had delicious drinks and great conversation every time we went. Highly recommend finding her! Breakfast every morning was delicious with a ton of options, both buffet and made to order. My room - number 14 - was comfortable. Great big comfortable bed, nice shower that had great pressure and hot water, and great views over the valley towards the mountains. We had dinner one night at the Romerhof restaurant and enjoyed the fondue. This hotel is removed from town, so we appreciated the shuttle service that took us every day to the ski lifts. Just wish that the shuttle also operated at night for going out to eat. Overall, my friends and I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it - cannot wait to return!"

"We hebben een paar dagen in het Alpenhotel Kitzbühel verbleven om te genieten van de prachtige positie in het Schwarzmeer, en het was een prachtige ervaring. De locatie is verbazingwekkend en onze penthouse suite was zeer comfortabel, met twee badkamers en een privé sauna. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid met veel opties. We hadden tweemaal diner in het à la carte restaurant; het eten was goed, hoewel de dienst iets langzamer was in de hoek gereserveerd voor de à la carte gasten. Over het algemeen was het een ontspannen verblijf in een prachtige locatie."
