Our stay at Alpen Hotel was a great introduction to Kitzbühel. Situated by Lake Schwarz , this hotel is the perfect blend of luxury and natural beauty. Our suite had its own private sauna! Scenic trails around the lake, warm staff, a welcome drink, delectable food & ample parking.. We can’t wait to come back!

Lakefront resort. New with fabulous rooms and dining. Stellar breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds. Garage parking. Hotel guest reserved beach area. Had the two floor suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Cool blue lights the showers. Sauna in the room. Deck facing the lake for sunsets. Bath amenities - White & Co. Quiet as the rooms have double paned glass. Call reception when you arrive to open the gate. Fun in-room coffee machine. Service is also outstanding.

Alpenhotel Kitzbuhuel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We were slightly worried as it has been newly refurbished so a lot of the photos online are artists impressions. However, the reality more than lived up to it. The food was incredible - breakfast was so copious it would have suited anyone and the dinner was 6 courses of deliciousness. We loved afternoon tea (which included savoury dishes such as chili con carne, pasta and Austrian pizza as well as cakes). The room (the Garden Suite) was so comfortable with an enormous TV, amazing bed, beautiful views and our own personal sauna! The infinity pool is gorgeous and very scenic and we loved the Kalm room where people chilled out on day beds. Lastly, the staff were so kind and helpful (as well as forgiving of our rubbish German) - particularly shout-out to Chiara on front desk and our waiter Dean. We can’t wait to come back - possibly in summer!

My husband and I have been coming to this hotel for 17 years so it is like our home. We just recently stayed there which is they first time since it was newly renovated. It is in our opinion the best hotel we have ever stayed in and has been refurbished to perfection,. What makes this hotel so special is the warm hospitality of the staff from the front desk management and administration to the restaurant and spa staff. They are extremely friendly and warm as well as professional, efficient and very hard working. The food is also top quality and you will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend this hotel if you need a relaxing break.

War schon einige male im Alpenhotel und immer mehr als zufrieden. Ob der Check In oder die Gastro immer sehr bemüht und inklusive der Küche alles bestens. Freu mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch. Super schöne Zimmer. Der Wellness ist für meinen Geschmack auch perfekt gelöst.

Ritorno deludente .Arrivo all'Alpen hotel con le migliori aspettative dopo molti anni.Trvo l'hotel rinnovato in maniera stupenda, veramente eccezionale e curato elegantemente in ogni angolo. Ma la nota dolente inizia al ristorante buona la colazione, ma veramente deludente la cena che presenta piatti banali con pietanze che non hanno gusto ,né sapori particolari, per non parlare del buffet che per 3 giorni ha offerto le stesse cose tolte e rimesse identiche la sera successiva.Episodio veramente spiacevole l'ultima sera con un giovane cameriere che dopo averci risposto di stare calmi per l'attesa di un gelato,ci ha raggiunti al bar sbattendo violentemente 2 coppe sul banco alla presenza di altri due camerieri del bar.Non ho parole per giudicare questo comportamento, soprattutto perché dalla reception mi è stato offerto da bere,quando io mi aspettavo solo delle scuse da parte del cameriere .

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichen zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern. Leider konnten wir uns nicht wirklich entspannen da mann permanent under Zeitdruck ist. Das Abendessen bis 20:00 Uhr. Spa nur bis 19:00 Uhr. Nach dem Skifahren ist es somit unmöglich in Ruhe zu relaxen und den Spa zu genießen. Das hat uns doch den Aufenthalt etwas verdorben.
