Everything was perfect.We had a beautiful room and the entertainment was brilliant totally recommend the Gleneagle hotel

Excellent for visiting Killarney and surrounding area. 20 minute brisk walk into town. On main road which was noisy from the balcony rooms so bear in mind if you want more peace go around the back. A relaxed and friendly hotel.

Un hôtel immense, impersonnel, sans âme, Point positif, personnel agréable, petit déjeuner et dîner plutôt bon. Nous n’avons pas testé la piscine mais elle est grande et doit être agréable.

MADE VERY WELCOME BY MIKE AT BUSARUS .CHAOTIC CHECK IN AT HOTEL . 4TH FLOOR LOVELY ROOM EXCELLENT HOUSEKEEPING VERY CLEAN . LOVELY FOOD AND BAR SERVICE NOW FOR THE STING IN THE TAIL . TOTAL CHAOS WITH TIME CHANGES FOR BREAKFAST AND DINNER RETURNING ONE EVENING AT 5.30 WE WERE TOLD DINNER WAS AT 6 PM AND TOLD BY THERESA TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT . YOUR REDEEMING FEATURE WAS TIMMY ON RECEPTION AS MY FRIEND HAD TO LEAVE THE HOTEL EARLEY ONE MORNING HE ARRANGED A TAXI . HAD BREAKFAST DELIVERED TO OUR ROOM AND AS SHE WAS LEAVING GAVE HER A PACKED LUNCH FOR HER 3 HOUR JOURNEY WELL DONE TIMMY WOULD WE RETURN DONT THINK SO AS THERE WERE OTHER INCIDENTS WT THERESA AND BERNARDO BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH . .

All the staff were excellent in every way. The room was brilliant. Housekeeping excellent. Food plentiful and tasty.

Doors need to be all automatic to help those in wheelchairs & mobility issues small area in breakfast room for wheelchair users, but if its full you can't access the rest of the room as its steps, lift to get access into the bar needs to be highlighted more, no disabled toilets near the arena or very poorly highlighted.
