We have stayed in the room 4 days out of 7 without properly working air conditioning. - Both safes did not work, did not open (solved after reporting to reception). - Maintenance of the room below par. - Shower cabin in room 247, does not close and edges are broken. - Shower cabin in room 246 leaks, leaving bathroom floor wet. - Cobwebs on both rooms in different places. - Room 247: the power cables are clearly and visible along the door; during stay sealed by handyman without reporting to us. - Terrace: dirty and dirty not maintained. - Sinks in both bathrooms; damaged, not the same as showen On website. - Park view is at these rooms, broken trees without any piece of greenery. SWIMMING POOL; Dirty and smelly water, children have ear infections from both the water of the aqua park and the large swimming pool. Poor maintenance resulting in missing tiles and broken spots. DINNER ROOM; Staff does what they can but there is not enough control by managers, so work is slow and nothing is seen. Food should not be left on the floor, spilled drinks or food should be cleaned up in no time, which was not the case! Food itself is fine. Too little space to dine outside and if you can get a seat outside you have to watch out that your chair does not sink through the sides of the terrace, broken edges everywhere on the wooden planks. "Mooi hotel (oud maar mooi), met eigen tuin, prachtig uitzicht op zee, zwembad, fietsen... Het hotel is oud en zou een renovatie kunnen gebruiken, maar het is schoon, inclusief de hotelkamers. Er is niemand die de tuin schoonmaakt (de vuilnisbakken zitten de hele dag vol), niemand maakt de ligstoelen en parasols schoon... Het restaurant is enorm - het eten is niet erg goed - er is een ruime keuze, maar het is erg slecht bereid (al het vlees - zelfs de tonijn - is erg taai en uitgedroogd...). Het restaurantpersoneel is erg onvriendelijk (er was maar één oudere man - ik weet zijn naam niet meer - die erg aardig was en een dame genaamd Elena - zij was de enige die goede koffie kon zetten in de lobbybar). De rest van het personeel negeert je, lacht nooit en begint 40 minuten voor het einde van het diner al met het opruimen en sluiten van een deel van het buffet... Het personeel bij de receptie en de schoonmaakdienst is erg aardig en vriendelijk."

If you value yourself and your money don't go there. 1. appartments look like they were renovated during the Cold war 2. when you enter it takes at least half an hour to take the cobweb off of the walls and the furniture 3. walls are moldy 4. furniture is in terrible condition 5. there is no air-condition 6. sheets are dirty 7. food is below mediocre (every meal there is only a few different choices that they repeat every day) 8. if somebody plays loud music next to you the entire night, the staff won't do anything to stop them 9. all over the apartment (walls amd ceiling) there are squished bugs that nobody cleans 10. if you take the shower, the shower turns into a pool 11. I tried to reserve other accomodation, they never answered the mail For the love of God, never go there!"

"We verblijven daar 2 dagen met onze 9yo dochter in de zomertijd. Hotel is zeer aardig. Op dat moment was het verpakt met gasten. De kamer was claen ad aardig hoewel het uitzicht niet speculatief was ... Eten was zeer goede ad deliciuos. Hitel heeft een aantal zwembaden en een mooi zandstrand op ongeveer 100 meter afstand. Op het strand vindt u een zeer goed restaurant en niet zeer duur. Over het algemeen was het zeer aardig. "

"We kwamen laat, rond 22:00 uur. Er was maar één persoon die de check-in had afgehandeld, duurde ongeveer een uur. Het was moeilijk om het appartement te vinden als het teken was gebroken (nr.127). Het appartement was zelf afschuwelijk, ruikend van de molen, was niet schoon, de mout boerderij op het toilet, en molen op de plafonds en muren. Ik ging naar het frontbureau om te klagen, nog eens 45 minuten wachten, omdat er drie mensen voor me waren, twee van hen klagen over hetzelfde. Om een lang verhaal te maken, ontmoette ik zes paar die met ons de ochtend naderden en naar een andere plek gingen. Ik zag foto's van sommigen en ze waren erger dan mijn. We kregen een betere kamer, maar ik accepteerde het niet, omdat dit een feestplek is, geluidsgeluid tot de ochtend. Het zou goed zijn als ik naar een feestje zou reizen, maar niet met drie kinderen. Dit is heel erg de ergste plek die ik ooit heb gehad."
