Atalante Hotel

Отель расположен в прекрасном месте и имеет замечательный пляж на скалах. Вода там фантастическая. Но вот сам отель с годами теряет свой лоск. Сервис ухудшается, качество уборки не очень, мебель и ремонт поизносились. Обидно, т.к. нам всегда нравился этот отель и мы останавливались здесь не первый раз.

Хороший завтрак. Понравился пляж - терраса над морем.

Quiet w nice views. Good breakfast & breakfast staff...very attentive & helpful. Shower stall needs deep cleaning & touch up painting. Location & facility not ideal for people with ambulatory disabilities.

Perfect hotel, perfect location, perfect food, the best employees ever seen. I can't think of anything negative.

The hotel is amazing, we had a Jacuzzi in the room, it was very clean and a big TV, breakfast was also very nice and delicious and a lot of variety, the only problem was the staff didn’t know any English, very hard to communicate, no one gave us the WiFi password or showed us around like the other hotels do or told us when is breakfast timing again I believe it was the because no one knew English

In our case partial sea view in the description of the room was 0 sea view in reality - we had a room with a pool and roof view in front of our windows. Please be aware that hotel has a few levels and it’s ridiculous but the highest level is with a view on the roof of the level which is lower. Other things were fine - room is big and clean and really modern. Air condition is perfect. Breakfast is fine with different choices and they try to change several positions from day to day, but coffee is a disaster, awful and it’s better to drink water instead

3 kız yapacağımız tatil için Atalante Oteli tercih ettik. Otel Kaş Çukurbağ yarımadasında hem merkeze çok yakın ama kafa dinlemek içinde tercih edilebilecek müthiş bir lokasyonda. Öncelikle otelin kendi plajı ve havuzu var. Denize girmek için başka bir yer aramanıza gerek yok. Otelin kahvaltısı müthiş. Kaldığımız 5 gün boyunca çeşit çeşit sıcaklar ve taze fırın ürünleri çıktı. Temizlik kusursuzdu. Çarşaflar , banyo , WC hepsi pırıl pırıldı. Bunlardan daha da önemlisi Atalante otelin çok saygılı , güleryüzlü , müthiş enerjik bir ekibi var. Ersin Bey rezervasyon aşamamızdan otele giriş yaptığımız saate kadar ilgilendi. Tüm tatil boyunca bizi rahat ettirmek için elinden geleni yaptı. İndiğimiz gün kahvaltı saati bile olmamasına rağmen bizlere kahvaltı hazırlattı. Kısacası otelcilik ve misafir ağırlama ile alakalı tüm deneyimi sizin önünüze seriyor. Umarım bir sonraki Kaş tatilimizde yine aynı kusursuz Atalante ekibiyle tatil yaparız. Her sey için teşekkürler🍀

Location and views were amazing. Staff did everything we needed and theen some. Googlebtranslate was ideal. Hats off to Hassan who always found a way to communicate with us and accomodate requests even if he did not know what they are atcthe start. He used youtube videos to learn and made our drinks forbus. That is talent and service

I have mixed views about this place. Reading the reviews I was either very unlucky of some of these reviews are fake. I've noticed looking through a lot of reviews of companies in Turkey there are a lot of reviews from Turkish people with one or two reviews on their profile which suggests they may be fake. Overall we had a pleasant stay. The room we had was large and spacious. The bed was huge and comfortable. We had the most amazing view across the water which was absolutely stunning. There are some maintenance issues such as a crack tile in the shower and the carpet outside our room was stained and very dirty. The grounds of the the hotel are beautiful. It's incredibly peaceful and we had the pool to ourselves everyday which was very nice. It's a beautiful hotel and very peaceful. The decking down by the beach is OK, there is access to the sea which is beautiful. The walk up and down from the beach is long and steep so if you have mobility issues, this will be impossible or a huge challenge. That's where the positives ended. My biggest gripe is the staff. The hotel owner is nice enough but every other human I came into contact with was grumpy and rude. When we walked into breakfast we weren't even acknowledged, no one said hello or good morning. When I smiled at any staff member, the best I got was a forced grimace. It was like we were bothering them with their presence. Oddly some people got mildly better service but it was such a let down. Overall service in Turkey is very mixed. The hotel we stayed in before we arrive was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly, attentive and chatty. Here, completely the opposite. The breakfast itself was OK. Adequate, but nothing special. You would have thought I asked for a glass of freshly pressed tears from an angel then way I was treated when I asked for a glass of orange juice. When we checked in we were told we'd have to move room on the third night of our stay (staying for four) when I asked why, I wasn't given an answer. They sorted it out in the end but it wasn't a nice experience. Check out was quite comical in the young lad who checked us out had to be the grumpiest, most disinterested human I think I've ever met. It's such a let down. This place could be amazing but the staff let it down to the point I would definitely not return. If you do stay, it's a good 5 to 10 minutes drive from the local town. Walking apparently takes an hour. You can get a taxi for 100 lira.
